Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I was suffering from this infection past one month.. What treatment cure this? Plz suggests some cream/ lotion

I'm getting recurring boils and this time it's near vagina, it has increased to a 10 rupee coin size with no head coming yet. I'm taking anti-biotic(augmentin -duo),been 2days and applying t-bact cream but it's not helping. Also doing lukewarm water and salt sek. I got my blood test(h1abc, average blood glucose level, blood glucose random, thyroid) done and it's all normal. But I need relief cos I have my wedding next week.

I used Betnovate N on my face not regularly but many times for a lot of years now I want to get rid of it . I stopped using cream and using it once in a week but  my skin is getting very dry and iching .I am not getting red patches till now but my skin is very dull , dry and iching mildly . I use and still using Acknlak soap on face 2 times and Pilgrim korean moisturizer on my face to keep moisturized and also Enami fair and handsome cream in the morning after applying moisturizer. Acknlak soap and Enami cream i am using for almost 20 years now . Please suggest me .

Iam on medication for Lupus nephritis since 5 months..and am suffering from severe hair loss..now stabilised since 1 month..kindly suggest me good care regarding any oils or serum or medication or diet regarding hair care..thanks in advance..

Facing a lot of hairfall and have spots on skin which are stubborn.I also have oily skin.Hair is curly but lost curls now they have become thin and have dandruff and hair is  extremely rough and breakable.

Respected doctor, This formed on my left hand big thumb skin about exact 1 month ago when I first noticed it, it was barely red kind of ulcer like but had 2-3 dots beneath it. It eventually became mid bright reddish until I consulted a dermatologist about 12 days back who prescribed betnovate gm which reduced the overall bump and redness but those red dots beneath it is not going nor this is resolving completely. Already have used betnovate gm for 11 days now. Please help me , what is this? What to do? This doesn't itch, no pain, no swelling anywhere.

My daughter's hairfall started since she was 15, it was shedding a lot due to stress. Since thnn there has been baby hair growth but it's very slow. The hair fall has reduced but its is still a lot. She is comparatively less stressed but even then the hair fall is not stopping. Thickness has reduced to half. Could it be vitamin deficiencies if so how can it be helped? Any hair oil suggestions? (she also has dandruff but it's not that much and also split ends) or any suggestions on how grow hair hair fast and increase thickness. Thank you.
