I have blood in phlegm from last week x ray done also sputum test is under prossess, and these is in my gorin from last 1.5 month but not pain, and it will red now. what is these?

I have this line on my left hand thumb. It is same since start. I do recollect my hand caught in door but not sure if that would be the reason. Line is not spreading, darkening. Please advise. I am monitoring it. First photo is from February and second photo is June.

I had a habbit of rubbing my eyes now my eyelids become dry and dehydrated it looks, to many folds .... its been months now ... pls help , i always use good moisturiser like bioderma, cera ve,... a dr. 17 months ago I had an induced vaginal delivery with vacuum assistance complicated by a severe perineal tear. A rectovaginal fistula developed but has been successfully repaired with no recurrence. MRI, CT with contrast, and transperineal scan all confirm there is no fistula.  The remaining problem is a superficial perineal wound that has never epithelialized. The skin is still raw and looks almost the same as day 1.  Secondary healing failed. A plastic surgeon refreshed the wound edges and resutured, but the stitches opened on day 14. A urogynecologist treated me with Placentrex for over a month and resutured again, but the stitches gave way in 5 days. I also underwent sinus tract excision, but still no skin has formed.   There is no pain, pus, foul smell, stool or gas leakage. Occasionally the wound bleeds while passing stool. Has anyone managed similar cases? What is the definitive treatment to achieve permanent healing? please help me im exhausted mentally physically with a baby

Red spot on temple area for 2 months. No pain . No itching . Showed doctor she said it's nummular eczema. Gave momate cream to apply. It completely disappears after applying momate for 2 weeks but just as we stop it starts reappearing again. It has not spread to any part . What is this and why is it reappearing again and again.
