I have been facing frequent wear and tear on my penis neck. On penis head I can see some pimples like soars. Sometimes on penis neck, I see white cream like discharge. There no pain or itching but the skin is breaking very frequently.

Hello Doctors. My Dermatologist has prescribed cyclosporine 50 mg in the morning and tofacitinib 5 mg in the night for chronic psoriasis for 1 month and only tofactinib 5 mg in the night for 2 months. Is this dosage ok to take as I am asking this from drug interaction perspective. Please advise.

My wife aged 43 has been suffering from itching throughout her body for the last six months. She has to take cetrizine 10 mg tablet daily to get relief from her itching.if she takes the tablet daily then there is no itching but if she miss the tablet then the itching starts and when she scrub the skin with her nail then red, scaly patches develop there.It's a daily problem.As we know that it is  not good to take the tablet daily but there is no other option. Actually what is the problems?
