Hello, Thank you for your query. • Based on the information provided, it is difficult to suggest the most appropriate treatment without a proper assessment, as several skin conditions can appear similar. • Kindly share clear photographs of the affected area in good lighting along with details such as duration of the problem, symptoms, and any treatments used previously. • I would advise against starting any OTC creams or self-medication, as some products may worsen the condition or delay proper treatment. • An accurate diagnosis is the first step towards effective and long-lasting results. You may book a consultation for a detailed evaluation and a personalized treatment plan. I would be happy to guide you further.

The water-filled, itchy bumps in different sizes with fever and body aches are classic signs of chickenpox. The itching without pain is typical. The lesions appear in crops — some will be fresh pink ones and some will already be crusting. Very important — don't scratch, it causes scarring.
Next Steps
See a doctor today for confirmation. Take paracetamol for fever, apply calamine lotion for itch. Stay at home and avoid contact with others until all blisters have fully crusted. Consult me on Practo for more help.

Please do not worry. Effective treatment options are available; however, management depends on the severity and extent of the condition. A detailed medical history is essential for appropriate evaluation and treatment planning. Kindly schedule an online consultation with a dermatologist for a comprehensive assessment, prescription, and further guidance.”
