Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

2 days ago i observed this thing on my shoulder, on that day it was not this swollen and only redness was there, right now it's consistency is firm and pain or tenderness is absent, and it's a size of a pea, discharge is also absent and I never had this in my life Can u please tell me what is this and Should I get it checked or not

“I used Faceclin (antibiotic acne treatment) continuously for about 2 years. I stopped it and transitioned to a non-antibiotic routine around 2–2.5 months ago. Currently, I use a gentle cleanser, light gel moisturizer, sunscreen in the morning, and at night salicylic acid 2% twice a week with niacinamide on other nights. Right now, I have no red, inflamed, or painful acne. Acne is largely under control. My main concerns are uneven texture, dullness, tiny whiteheads/comedones, and lack of smoothness compared to when I was on Faceclin. Skin is calm but not smooth yet. I want a long-term plan without antibiotics and guidance on whether to continue, adjust, or add something like a retinoid later.” So am I doing it right and how much it will take to see results?

What treatment for cure this? I have  Itchy and burning sensation in night time. Help to cure this..

Hello Doctor, I am a 26-year-old male. For the past few days, I have noticed round red ring-shaped patches on the back of my scalp. There is scaling/flaking over these areas, and the skin feels tender and painful when touched. The patches seem to be spreading gradually. There is no major discharge, but mild discomfort is present. I have not applied any medication yet. I am concerned it may be a fungal infection of the scalp and would like your evaluation and treatment advice.

I am suffering from fungal infection and strawberry skin. Actually, whenever I am using the medicine like fluconazole or ketoconazole, I get relief for a time being and later on the issue again arises. It's a long time whenever I am using the medicine, I get relief and later on it again, like I like suffer from the same problem And I am currently I'm using the cream as well. That is castor NF. It's too much frustrating, cause continuously suffering from the same issue. It's like literally too much frustrating for me. Please help me out. I really know that Flako Jal or ketoconazole cannot help it at all. Cause I used this medicine for a continuously 1 to 2 month and as soon as I stop the medication for 5 to 10 days again again, the same issue rises.

Can I use silicon gel on this. It healed in 9 days.now it's been 27 days post burn.so is it right time to start silicon gel. Any adverse effect of using silicon gel
