Genital warts treatmet scars issue
Hi Doctors,
How to remove post genital wart treatment scars?
I underwent electric cautery procedure around 6 times and am currently warts-free for many months (10 months), but there are scars left behind.
How can I treat these scars? When I run my fingers on these it feels flat and smooth.
Please let me know if they are not wart residuals and these are actual scars ?
Please provide suggestions. Images attached.
Also, please let me know if it's safe to engage in sexual activity with my future partner while these scars are present.

Flat and smooth areas after cautery are scars, not wart residuals â active warts feel rough and raised. The texture confirms they're healed scars. For scar fading: apply silicone gel or vitamin E oil daily for several months. It takes time but helps.
