So I bought this derma stamp with isopropyl alcohol 70% and a sulphate free shampoo, is it safe to use these tools at home to self micro needle our scalp?

I'm dealing with extreme level hair fall that my scalp is visible and also dealing with skin issues like uneven skin tone, puffy eyes, dark circles from long time and darker lips

I have a dry patch near my lips from the past 3 months, it turns black after applying a moisturizer and usually is dry and white when left without any creams I have tried everything to moisturize it, it just doesnt go away. It started as a dry patch and then proceeded to turn into a bigger dry black patch that turns white without any creams. I did my blood tests and i have low iron and low vitamin D.

I’ve been experiencing recurring rashes and intense itching. I also have sudden acne or bumps on my shoulders, back, and arms, along with persistent itching. Coconut oil hasn’t helped, and I’m hoping to identify whether this is an allergic reaction, an internal issue, or another underlying trigger. This appeared randomly and disappeared also randomly.

Hello I am male, currently around 43, my white hair started from 9th class, I do lots of things but can't stop it, White hair on the head and beard are common and I mentally accepted it. But white hair started on my arms also, I noticed that there was lightly itching on my arms when heirs  on arms started becoming white. Now again 1 hair of eyebrow becomes white and from last approximately 1 months I am feeling itching on the eyebrow. My question is, is there any relationship between itching and white hair starting, anyone know how I can prevent it.

Hello Doctor, About 3 months ago, I injured my left chest/rib area . To reduce the pain, I applied a very cold spray directly to the skin. After a few days, it caused a cold burn. The damaged skin peeled off over the following weeks, and the wound healed. Now, after about 3 months, I have a flat brown scar on my left chest. It is not painful, not itchy, and not raised, but the pigmentation is still visible and is bothering me cosmetically. I have attached a photo for your reference. Could you please prescribe the most effective treatment to reduce or remove this scar and pigmentation? If appropriate, kindly advise whether I would benefit from silicone scar gel, hydroquinone/depigmenting cream, tretinoin, or any other medication or procedure. Thank you.

I have small forehead bumps all over my forehead and it's not going. It's increasing day by day. It's not pimples or anything
