Recntly I am appying the flutibact skin ointment and it is slowing the symtoms.. but still dryness happening on my lips.. what to do?

Around April 2025, I was diagnosed with Pityriasis versicolor through a Practo consultation. I completed the prescribed treatment, and all the white patches cleared completely within 2–3 weeks. However, after about one year, I have started noticing the same type of white patches again over the last few days. The patches are appearing on multiple areas of my body, including my arms. Hi, I never faced a single pimple until 23 years of my age. As soon as I left my home after that I started getting pimples and no doctor probably help me much as long as I take medicines I am ok as soon I stop and little stress increases I start getting pimples. Little routine change causes too much impact on my face and due to constant application of certain products prescripted for pimples my skin has become thin and dehydrated. This has also left open pores on my face. Can someone help
