Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Please advise i am sending pics .i am using tbact cream and amoxyclav 625.should I continue  or change.1 am getting chill also in night time

So I was 18 when I had acne marks and a dermat told me to use brite cream which contains 4% hydroquinone and I was not told to apply sunscreen so that burned my skin that area got black. I stopped using that cream and never used anything on my face now 4 years after I have realised that pigmentation is still there.Can it go away now?

Hello doctor, woke up one morning approximately 6–7 days ago and noticed a scar-like lesion on my lip that was not present the previous day. Initially, the area would bleed easily. Over the past few days, the bleeding has stopped and a clot has formed over the scar. There is now also a white substance forming beneath the clot. The lesion has not improved on its own, and I am concerned about its persistence and changing appearance. I have no other associated symptoms mentioned at this time. I would like this to be evaluated, as it appeared suddenly and has not resolved.

I have blackheads and acne/bumps in my inner thighs, I used to get these bumps since I was in tenth grade, they are round painful initially and later they dry up, that leaves a pigmented scar, i have noticed blackheads from almost a year ago I don't have diabetes, hypertension, thyroid, pcos/pmos I am obese though, and I wear lose fitting clothes I do not put apply any cosmetic cream in my inner thighs I need to know what should I apply to reduce/lighten/fade the old acne/bump marks And pls don't write reduce weight, take good diet blah blah... Hello Doctor, I am a 27-year-old male. I have been suffering from a skin problem on my feet for about 3 years. Both of my feet remain red most of the time and I experience itching. The skin becomes dry, forms scales, and then peels off repeatedly. I have been using Lulifin (luliconazole) cream. It seemed to help a little at first, but after some time it stopped working, and my symptoms continued. This problem has been recurring for the last three years and is affecting my daily life. I would like to know whether this is a fungal infection or another skin condition such as eczema or psoriasis. Could you please advise: What is the most likely diagnosis? Do I need any tests, or skin scraping, to confirm the cause? What treatment would you recommend if Lulifin is no longer effective?

I have consulted dermatlogist,dr prescribed aciclovir 400mg and aciclovir cream.from 3 days i am taking this medicine.attached picture.its getting healed?dr told me to take medicine for one week.how much time it will take.it is safe kidney?.please suggest   .
