Hi,
I never faced a single pimple until 23 years of my age.
As soon as I left my home after that I started getting pimples and no doctor probably help me much as long as I take medicines I am ok as soon I stop and little stress increases I start getting pimples.
Little routine change causes too much impact on my face and due to constant application of certain products prescripted for pimples my skin has become thin and dehydrated. This has also left open pores on my face.
Can someone help

Hello,
Thank you for your query.
• Based on the information provided, it is difficult to suggest the most appropriate treatment without a proper assessment, as several skin conditions can appear similar.
• Kindly share clear photographs of the affected area in good lighting along with details such as duration of the problem, symptoms, and any treatments used previously.
• I would advise against starting any OTC creams or self-medication, as some products may worsen the condition or delay proper treatment.
• An accurate diagnosis is the first step towards effective and long-lasting results.
You may book a consultation for a detailed evaluation and a personalized treatment plan. I would be happy to guide you further.
Detailed medical history needs to be assessed before starting you on your personalised treatment
Kindly share a clear picture in good lighting of affected areas
Please do not worry. Effective treatment options are available; however, management depends on the severity and extent of the condition. A detailed medical history is essential for appropriate evaluation and treatment planning.
Kindly schedule an online consultation with a dermatologist for a comprehensive assessment, prescription, and further guidance.”
