Your concern is very common and completely manageable, but it requires a careful, dual-action approach. We need to clear the pore congestion (the forehead bumps) without irritating the delicate skin around your mouth, which can actually make perioral pigmentation worse. The ingredients you mentioned (Vitamin C, Niacinamide, and Alpha Arbutin) are excellent choices, but the exact percentages, layering sequence, and frequency need to be tailored to your specific skin type to prevent barrier damage. To give you a precise morning and night routine, I need to visually evaluate your skin tone and assess your current skin barrier.

Hello ,Thank you for your query, The enlarged pores are often related to sebum production . For the perioral pigmentation avoid scrubbing, frequent exfoliation, waxing. Would like to examine your face and detail history is advisable.

Please do not worry. Effective treatment options are available; however, management depends on the severity and extent of the condition. A detailed medical history is essential for appropriate evaluation and treatment planning. Kindly schedule an online consultation with a dermatologist for a comprehensive assessment, prescription, and further guidance.”
