Hello Doctor,
My wife is 26 years old and weighs 58 kg.
Since yesterday morning, she has had a fever. We gave her Paracetamol 650 mg, and currently she does not have a fever.
However, she has developed around 10 small fluid-filled blisters on different parts of her body. They look like tiny boils with clear fluid inside.
These symptoms started yesterday, and we are worried that it could be chickenpox or another viral skin infection.
Since it is nighttime, we are unable to find a nearby doctor. Help me
Initially, we thought it was hives because she has a history of recurrent hives. So, we gave her Montina-FX. However, the rash does not seem like her usual hives. She does not have any itching, and the lesions have now turned into small fluid-filled blisters, which is why we are concerned.

Kindly share a clear picture in good lighting of affected areas
Hello,
Thank you for your query.
• Based on the information provided, it is difficult to suggest the most appropriate treatment without a proper assessment, as several skin conditions can appear similar.
• Kindly share clear photographs of the affected area in good lighting along with details such as duration of the problem, symptoms, and any treatments used previously.
• I would advise against starting any OTC creams or self-medication, as some products may worsen the condition or delay proper treatment.
• An accurate diagnosis is the first step towards effective and long-lasting results.
You may book a consultation for a detailed evaluation and a personalized treatment plan. I would be happy to guide you further.
Please do not worry. Effective treatment options are available; however, management depends on the severity and extent of the condition. A detailed medical history is essential for appropriate evaluation and treatment planning.
Kindly schedule an online consultation with a dermatologist for a comprehensive assessment, prescription, and further guidance.”
