I got pigmentation above mouth screenshot is attached. For complete fading of pigmentation what should I do chemical peel or laser. Doctor advised me to apply glyco 6 cream alternative days. Instead of laser if I do chemical peel whether pigmentation will be fully fades atleast within 4 months. I am very much worried about that please suggest.

I have many small red spots on my body. Some are obvious and some are minute. I have two black moles on my face, both came around last year. I'm seeing another emerging mole on my face. Hello Doctor, Yesterday I did facial and bleach in a reputed salon but after the facial and bleach my face has red and dry patches. No irritation and no burning sensation but it's look like patches and dry. My skin is also dry. After one week there is wedding in my home. I request you to please recommend what I do for this. I am very worried because of wedding in my own family. Doctors please do needful and suggest a good ointment or what I can do . I can't attach photo because in photo it's not clear.
