I have a scrotal itch which almost never goes.. its not fungal but more of sweat or dryness induced and once initiate becomes uncontrollable.. and later 3nd up scratching skin. I want some lotion or non steroidal solution which can prevent this in long term or any oral medication.

This year i have completed my 2nd pu still it's more than ever I am just tired I even had it in my nose and ears even mouth it's too much I have been seeing reviews of countless dermatologist patient reviews but I have still not seen a single person mention the medication of isoisotretinoin/Accutane i desperately need this medication as it will clear my worst acne and it will not leave marks all over my body I can't even sit and sleep properly for past 3 years and I have had mental breakdowns due to this and i have tried countless serums and creams if any doctor can help please reply.

Hi i am dealing with this problem for past one month first a red patch appears sometimes on neck sometimes on hand sometimes on back mostly ok neck and then it starts to get itchy and then disappears after 20/30 mins but the time its there it becomes super itchy is this some kind of serious problem please help and next steps thankyou attaching few images
