Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have a white patch on lower lip since last 2 months. Its painless, tiny bunch of  white rough patches. I don't smoke or chew tobacco or dont have any addiction. Attaching picture of the lesion. Is it curable or its precancerous?

3 painful lumps in right armpit. They are very hard and little red whenever I raise my hand or move I feel so much pain . No fever no medical history. Photo is attached . It's been from last 6 days . Suggest please

Hello Doctor, I am a 21-year-old male and I have been experiencing dryness and peeling of the skin over the scrotum and penile shaft for the past 7–8 months. The pattern is similar to how the skin on hands or feet becomes dry in winter — the skin dries out, starts peeling, new skin forms, and then becomes dry and peels again. There is: -No pain -No burning sensation -Very minimal occasional itching -No discharge, redness, swelling, or ulcers Recently I have also noticed small dry dots/spots from where the peeling starts. There is no history of sexual contact. I usually use a body wash while bathing, so I am not sure whether this could be due to dryness, dermatitis, fungal infection, or any other skin condition. Could you please guide me regarding: -The most likely diagnosis -Whether this appears to be  fungal or any other condition -What treatment or creams should be used -Any precautions or lifestyle changes needed Thank you.

I got pigmentation above mouth screenshot is attached. For complete fading of pigmentation what should I do chemical peel or laser. Doctor advised me to apply glyco 6 cream alternative days. Instead of laser if I do chemical peel whether pigmentation will be fully fades atleast within 4 months. I am very much worried about that please suggest

Pimples on face,,,, Sometime it will turn red ,not itching, not painful... Any cream for this?? ...

For the past 10 months, I have had a burning sensation on the skin on the right side of my abdomen. For the first 5 months, I was unsure whether the burning was internal or on the skin, but in May I realized it was on the skin. From December 2025 to August 2025, I consulted multiple doctors, including gastroenterologists, dermatologists, general physicians, and a neurologist, but I did not get relief. In November 2025, another doctor prescribed medicines that improved the burning after one month. However, I still feel discomfort in the same area when clothes touch it. The discomfort happens with any shirt or T-shirt. Wearing a 100% cotton undershirt reduces the discomfort, but the area feels very hot, as if the skin is on fire ( currently I'm using GALDOPIN CREAM DEWSILK ULTRA LOTION but not any relief)

I've had some mild dandruff and hairfall associated with them since past two months. To treat dandruff, i started ketaconozole shampoo and ketaconozole lotion at night in the start of Jan. I also changed water, and started washing hairs from drinking water because of water hardness problem in my area, but suddenly from the starting of February, my hairs are shedding too much, almost thrice of what they were falling before and my scalp itches very badly. When i wash my hair, water is a little soothing but as soon as it starts to dry, itching comes back. Oiling seems to be a problem because it makes itching worse. It seems scalp is inflamed. What should I do in that case? Should I wash everyday? Should I keep using ketaconozole shampoo?

This my nice niece. She is 5 years old.  Suffering from rash and itching . Is it fungal infection ? Our GP told me that . Should I consult a dermatologist
