Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

1. Hairloss occurs with bulb attached to the hairs. 2. Everyday when I run my hand through the hair, atleast 15 strands of hair fall off. 3. My parents also have hair thinning. Both my grandfathers had baldness. 4. Currently I am using 3% rhedenzyl serum by BeBodyWise, and parafen free shampoo and conditioner, for 1 week.

I am a 31-year-old male experiencing hair thinning, mainly on the crown, along with persistent scalp itching, an oily scalp, and white, sticky dandruff. I have been using Selsun anti-dandruff shampoo and applying Minoxidil occasionally, but my symptoms have not improved. The itching and dandruff continue, and my hair thinning seems to be progressing. Could you please advise what might be causing these issues? Do I need any tests or a different treatment plan? I am having itching and infection in leg and finger area . I have been having this for a long time in the legs but it started recently in the fingers. There is a lot of uncomfortable itching in the area but the itching suddenly stops and then returns again. I also have allergy issues and I consume Fexofenadine tablets for it. I did a wound dressing of a person who got bitten by a dog..the wound was not actively bleeding. First i applied isopropyl alcohol 70 percent for 15 seconds and wiped it and again i applied isopropyl alcohol 70 percent and wiped it. Then I applied povidone iodine and wiped it. A little bit of iodine touched my index finger where i have not cut but i have a cut on my thumb that was caused 15 hours ago then i applied isopropyl alcohol 70 percent on my whole hand and left it for 20 seconds then i washed my hand with soap for 20 seconds. I'll share the photo of the thumb. Today at night 12 am it got cut from a bone of a chicken while eating and this incident happen today at 3.30 pm. Today from 6 AM till this incident (3:30 PM) it didn't bleed. Can this transmit hiv?

I got married 6 months back and I see my skin is not doing well from last 7-8 month. Small red bumps, acnes and purging on the skin. Also, I am shedding a lot of hair overall and visibly from the crown. A lot that its actually concerning.

Please advise on what this could be and what the appropriate next steps or treatment options are. Should I use an over-the-counter cream, or do I need a physical examination?
