From last 1 week rashes are not going away using prickly heat powder. Used nycle and candid powers but no improvement

My sculp itches all night severely. Otherwise I don't have any problem. I have problem like i cannot sleep at night. I get  early morning sleep. My sculp itches at night. I m using medicated shampoo. Otherwise no problem except diabetes and high pressure. I take medicine for everything.

Hello Doctors, I have been facing lot of hairfall regularly and especially when i wet my hair. My hair density was so much thicker earlier before covid. Since 2022-23, i have been seeing hair thinning issue. I have got dandruff also in my scalp area which doesn't fall but it's has become a layer. My scalp feels greasy. Today, i consulted a dermatologist in our locality and he prescribed minicheck f ultra, follihair tablets, logidruff ko lotion and cafune hair shampoo. He diagnosed as AGA and Seb. caprisis but i don't have my parents or grand parents having baldness issue. I would like to know if these medications will be enough for me and if hair-fall will continue on stopping/completing the medications. I have attached my head picture for reference. I have had dandruff for the last few years, but last year I visited a dermatologist, and he told me that I have dandruff due to scalp eczema. He prescribed "Topisal 3%" lotion for it. At that time, most of my dandruff cleared, and after using it for a month, I stopped. I also have an issue with hair thinning, so he prescribed minoxidil 5% of the brand "Superdenz 5f." I used that, but after a few months, I started noticing dandruff again, so he told me to use Topisal 3% lotion again. I started using it, but it didn't make any difference to my dandruff. I thought it might be due to the minoxidil I was using, so I switched to alcohol-free minoxidil 5% from "Traya." After that, my dandruff was slightly reduced, but it has recurred. I searched online and found that there are three types of scalp eczema: seborrheic dermatitis, atopic dermatitis, and contact dermatitis. Can you please tell me which type I have by looking at the uploaded image, and guide me on how I can treat it?

I got rash on arms and shoulder feom yesterday night it was itching at night today it was itching some times but it spreaded more today what to do its very frustating plz suggest and tablet or cream i yook today histamine tablet in morning but no relief

Ever since I moved to bangaluru my skin has darkened and turned 5-6 shades darker.I was quite fair but now I am medium brown skinned .My entire body has turned dark .I apply sunscreen everything still not able to regain my orginal skin.Recently I have started using retinol 0.3 percent minimalist but no effect is there.

I have been suffering from nail fungal infection since few months. Initially i missed treatment and it effected on 3/4th of my right hand nail. I have started taking oral medicine and also apply nail lacquer. However the nail has not improved. I know it takes time. I dont have any visible yellow puss yet. But the skin above the nail is kind of painful and some times lightly swollen. I do have contact with water. As its my right hand and cannot completely avoid it. Im trying to avoid any surgery for nail. Is there a permanent solution through oral medications and nail lacquer. Also any anti fungal oil ? I am a new mom and also kind of have a skin allergy urticaria.
