Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I need help evaluating my condition. I have had recurrent itchy hives for more than 6 weeks, so I'm concerned about chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU) or cholinergic urticaria. My hives are very small (pinhead-sized), usually start on my hands and chest, and are triggered by heat, sweating, exercise, and sometimes emotional stress. During attacks I also develop difficulty breathing, feel extremely weak, have heavy eyes, and lose energy after the hives appear. Sometimes I feel itchy all over my body even while sitting. My Total IgE is high, but my routine blood tests (CBC, ESR, CRP, liver function, kidney function, thyroid function, vitamin D, etc.) were largely normal. Anti-TPO was around 15 previously. Fexofenadine (Verixo 180 mg) provides some relief.

I saw small bump starting to come up on my arm. Is it something contagious like wart etc? Attaching photos in day light and phone flash as well

Hello doctor I had taken glutathione Iv drips 1200 mg weekly once of 10 doses. Now can I again start taking GSH Forte oral supplement. Under the supervision of dermatologist. My concern is will this be over dose for me. I am healthy without any ailments. This glutathione is only focusing on my glow Kindly suggest

Doctor i have much hair on my face on side logs dark hair on chin and upper lips also have dark hair when . I use threading method to remove my upper lip hair it grows some where dark . I also have dark hair on my chest and under my belly . I so got checked by doctor I don't have any pcos conditions . I have dry skin type

I notice that my lips are very thick especially the upper lip but the weird thing is the middle portion of the upper lip is bulged out and its different in color than rest of it, is there a problem?

I am a 31-year-old male. I have itching on the inner side of my foreskin where it touches the glans. There is no pain while urinating, no discharge, and no visible blisters or ulcers. I have got a boil near anal opening, its not exactly connected to the opening but a bit far. It occasionally passes the pus, due to friction sometimes i see blood also. There is no fever but i do have long hours of seating in office. And this boil come and go, it will heal and then due to moisture and friction it will break out. Suggest what should i do.
