Skin, Hair and Nail Problems
Aggressive hairfall within a month
I'm 31 years old, I have pcos and i've been prescribed with medroxyprogesterone course of 5 days for 3 months. I have completed 2 months course and what i have observed is aggressive hairfall started since last month and im not able to stop it. Almost, my scalp is visible from top. Also, i have iron deficiency. If i have to take tests, what tests should i go with? And this medroxyptogesterone can be a possible cause of hairfall?

Skin spots
Hello Doctor, my mother is 49 years old. She has been developing multiple skin-colored bumps on her hands and legs for the last 3 months. The bumps gradually increase in size and turn dark brown/black. They are not itchy but are slightly painful when clothes rub against them. New lesions are still appearing. She was prescribed clobetasol cream, but there has been no improvement. I have attached photos. On hands and legs Could you please advise what this could be? Does she need a dermoscopy or skin biopsy to confirm the diagnosis, and what treatment would you recommend? Check images

Genital warts treatmet scars issue
Hi Doctors,
How to remove post genital wart treatment scars?
I underwent electric cautery procedure around 6 times and am currently warts-free for many months (10 months), but there are scars left behind.
How can I treat these scars? When I run my fingers on these it feels flat and smooth.
Please let me know if they are not wart residuals and these are actual scars ?
Please provide suggestions. Images attached.
Also, please let me know if it's safe to engage in sexual activity with my future partner while these scars are present.

Severe androgenetic alopecia
Hello,
I have been diagnosed with androgenetic alopecia a couple of years ago and I am definitely at an advanced stage now. I still have hair on my scalp but the hair on my crown are quite scanty. I have had my PCOS, thyroid and hormones checked, and all tests showed normal results. I've also visited multiple dermatologists and they've suggested 5% minoxidil, which I've used regularly for a couple of years but switched to redensyl (bare anatomy serum) a couple of months ago, since minoxidil yielded no results. I am in urgent need of any advice that could help me revive my hair growth or at least get back enough hair that would cover my scalp. I am also taking biotin gummies and regularly apply almond oil and rosemary/castor oil. I've also installed shower filter and have switched to a more expensive anti hair loss shampoo, but I don't see any improvements. I had visited a doctor who did a microscopic scalp examination and said I had inflammation on my scalp. please help.

Need Help please help me
Hello Doctor,
My wife is 26 years old and weighs 58 kg.
Since yesterday morning, she has had a fever. We gave her Paracetamol 650 mg, and currently she does not have a fever.
However, she has developed around 10 small fluid-filled blisters on different parts of her body. They look like tiny boils with clear fluid inside.
These symptoms started yesterday, and we are worried that it could be chickenpox or another viral skin infection.
Since it is nighttime, we are unable to find a nearby doctor. Help me
Initially, we thought it was hives because she has a history of recurrent hives. So, we gave her Montina-FX. However, the rash does not seem like her usual hives. She does not have any itching, and the lesions have now turned into small fluid-filled blisters, which is why we are concerned.
