Itching over buttocks, thigh and waist
Patchy skin itching with black body and reddish border spreading all over the buttocks to the thighs and waist. Since last 01 year. With treatment it reduces and appears again and again when sweating or overtime. Feeling itchy and the border spreading rapidly to the nearby skin area with a prominent red border. Last year's treatment: tab levocet HS, terbinafine 1% lotion and itraconazole 100mg BD for 3 months. It showed some results and the rashesh appeared again. Upon next visit: oint momentasone BD but I find no result. Please suggest me an expert opinion. Pictures of the rashesh attached
