Scalp itching and dry, white flakes
I have recurring scalp itching and dry, white flakes, especially when my hair grows longer. My scalp feels very dry and tight/stretchy, and I have dandruff across the scalp. I recently trimmed my hair and the affected areas are now clearly visible in the attached photos.
I have previously been advised by a doctor to use Ketocip (ketoconazole) shampoo and ketoconazole + zinc pyrithione lotion. I restarted both 2 days ago.
Please advise what this could be and whether I should continue the same treatment or need any changes.
