Hello,
Thank you for your query.
• Based on the information provided, it is difficult to suggest the most appropriate treatment without a proper assessment, as several skin conditions can appear similar.
• Kindly share clear photographs of the affected area in good lighting along with details such as duration of the problem, symptoms, and any treatments used previously.
• I would advise against starting any OTC creams or self-medication, as some products may worsen the condition or delay proper treatment.
• An accurate diagnosis is the first step towards effective and long-lasting results.
You may book a consultation for a detailed evaluation and a personalized treatment plan. I would be happy to guide you further.

No need to worry.specific treatment is available.it depends on severity of the disease . Complete medical history is required..
Pls do online consultation with Dermatologist for detailed prescription & guidance.
A painless, hard bump on the lower lip present for over a month is most likely a mucocele (mucous cyst) or fibroma â both benign. These are common and usually caused by minor trauma to the lip (like biting). However, since it has persisted, it should be evaluated in person to rule out any salivary gland issue.
Next Steps
Visit a dentist or oral surgeon for examination. Minor excision may be recommended if confirmed as mucocele/fibroma. Do not squeeze or pop it. Consult me on Practo for further guidance.
As I can see from the picture, I need to have a physical examination, so please call the Skin Talk Clinic at the number listed on Google and make an appointment. After the examination, we need to perform some tests, so please make an appointment as soon as you can.
