I had a small accident when I was 9-10 years old and got stitches marks on my forehead, currently I am 26. That stitches marks looks very disgusting. So someone please help me with how to remove this stitches marks.

Various surgical and non surgical options are available for revision of old scar. Unfortunately topical application based creams and lotions have limited role in managing old scars. A plastic surgeon will be better equipped to guide you further.
