Fell down & got Skin mark on forehead
My daughter age 8 year old. On 20th Feb 2025 she fell down and got skin mark in forehead. The injury is not deep. But pink or whitish Mark is visible. On 3rd March I checked with dermatologist she gave 3 different cream which contains steroid in label. My question is for 8 year old these many cream necessary? - Photofirst cream,  Closone cream, MHG lotion and syrup cutimin. And please tell me this mark will go naturally? Any safe baby cream to remove this mark. I attached given prescription and pic of my daughter. Kindly suggest respected doctors.
