I have developed multiple tiny white/light-coloured spots on my legs. The spots are almost the same size and appeared after repeated/severe itching in the area. They are not painful. I want to know what possible conditions can cause this pattern. Whether it could be post-inflammatory hypopigmentation, vitiligo, fungal infection, or something else.

Hello, Thank you for your query,
Vitiligo is less likely if the lesions ddeveloped specifically after scratching/itching.
Suggestive of PIH,Pitryriasis versicolor or other causes of hypopigmented macules.
Would like to examine and detail history is advisable.
Please do not worry. Effective treatment options are available; however, management depends on the severity and extent of the condition. A detailed medical history is essential for appropriate evaluation and treatment planning.
Kindly schedule an online consultation with a dermatologist for a comprehensive assessment, prescription, and further guidance.”
