Please do not worry. Effective treatment options are available; however, management depends on the severity and extent of the condition. A detailed medical history is essential for appropriate evaluation and treatment planning. Kindly schedule an online consultation with a dermatologist for a comprehensive assessment, prescription, and further guidance.”

Diffuse thinning over the crown with a widened centre parting, like in your photo, usually points to ongoing hair shedding rather than a scalp disease, since there's no patchy bald spot or scarring visible. Even when the usual blood reports come back normal, ferritin and vitamin D are often not included, and these are common hidden causes in women your age.
Next Steps
Ask specifically for a ferritin and vitamin D level, plus a thyroid and PCOS check if those weren't already covered. Correcting a nutritional or hormonal driver usually helps the shedding settle over a few months.
Health Tips
See a dermatologist or gynaecologist for a proper workup rather than starting hair products on your own without knowing the cause.
