I have IBS symptoms for a long time. I don't know which food triggers and which doesn't. Sometime, when I eat junk, it is all fine. Sometime I eat good healthy home food it triggers. I mostly have incomplete bowl and constipated even if the stool is not hard. I am a person who generally eat at home and occasionally eat outside, that too low in quantity. Yesterday, I had a lump outside my anus and it started swelling and paining and burning. No bleeding.  Does the lump go on its own and how long does it take? Is it starting stage of Hemmoroids? I have never had this before. Can I do home remedies to relieve this? I feel so discomfort while sitting and walking. Please help. I'm not sure if I can attach the photos here. So I didn't attach

My baby girl is 2 months old and has lactose intolerance. We are giving her Zerolac. Since starting, she has stopped vomiting, but she has severe gas, is unable to sleep, and cries a lot. Her birth weight was 3.3 kg, and now at 2 months she weighs 4 kg only. Currently, she is taking around 60 ml per feed(formula) I would like to know: Does Zerolac help in proper weight gain? Should we continue with Zerolac or switch to any other formula? How can we manage her gas and discomfort?

Was living alone away from home and in a stressful work environment. Had Dengue, 1 month later, started having anxiety and negative thoughts that I am going to die, done tests ecg, thyroid, sugar, eco they were fine. Gradually getting better as this is the 8th month but still having indigestion, bloating (releases through mouth), chest discomfort and fear especially when hungry or immediately after eating. I am experiencing severe itching and burning in my private area. About 1.5 weeks ago I shaved, after that there was only mild skin itching. But after my periods ended 2 days ago, I developed strong itching near the urine opening, inside the vaginal lips (vulva) and slightly inside the vagina. Passing urine causes burning and discomfort. I have also noticed many tiny prickly-heat like bumps or rashes inside the vaginal lips. I had been using V Wash twice daily. There is no unusual discharge, but the area feels sore, dry and irritated all the time. I am not sexually active. These symptoms are making me very uncomfortable and anxious. Please help me understand what this condition is, why it is happening ?

After a fall from scooty i hit my head and few days after that incident i found lump in my right breast..i went to doctor I was advised to undergo USG..in USG it's cyst and hyperechoic mass found.. I was told to go for fnac... Then i went to another doctor for second opinion she  told me it's nothing..she gave me medicine primosa 1000 and asked me to do USG six months later..how ever two doctors suggested me to go for fnac...now I am feeling little pain and discomfort in that breast..which was not there earlier..what should I do .I am attaching my USG report for reference..

I had an X-ray done last year back in my hometown which showed that my lower right wisdom tooth is tilted and pressing against the adjacent molar, occasionally causing mild pain. Now that I'm in Bangalore, I’d like to address this issue once and for all. Additionally, I’ve recently started experiencing some discomfort from my lower left wisdom tooth as well, so I’d like to get that evaluated too. It’s been 25 days since my wisdom tooth surgery, and from the second day, I’ve had numbness, burning, and pins-and-needles on the right side of my tongue. The sensation is now milder and limited to a small patch. And some time wider I An oral surgeon prescribed Rejuvnex CD3 NF, and the dentist advised Neurobion Forte with 15 days of steroids. The affected area feels like a burn from hot food. Eating and sucking on lozenges or Vitamin C gives some relief, but the discomfort persists. I’m concerned about the possibility of permanent nerve damage and would appreciate any advice for recovery.

I have a known L5-S1 disc bulge, and recently I’ve been experiencing hand pain, particularly in the morning after waking up. The pain feels pinching and shifts between wrist and fingers, resembling a nerve-related discomfort. However, NCV tests of all four limbs came back normal, and Vitamin B12 levels are also normal. I wanted to ask: 1. Could this hand pain be connected to the L5-S1 disc bulge, or is it likely a separate issue? 2. How long does such nerve-related recovery typically take, assuming it’s posture-related or due to inflammation?

My BMP is done on 6 June 2025 on 6th upper molar I feel no pain during the process and after the process then on my second sitting after two days the dentist cleaned the tooth and filled something in the tooth during filling mild discomfort but no pain after two days obturation is done and filled my canals shape the tooth  and dentist said X-Ray is also fine and have no pain but on 12 June I feel little pain and when I touch the tooth pain starts for few seconds and go away. Is this normal? Or I should be worried?

My wife is 30 years old and has been experiencing discomfort and burning sensation in her private part for the past 4–5 days, especially while urinating. She also had mild fever yesterday which comes and goes, along with body pain and weakness. Today we did a urine test and I’ve attached the report here. As per the report, there are pus cells and bacteria present, and the urine appears turbid. Since the doctor is not available right now, I want to know: Is this a urinary tract infection (UTI)? What medicine or syrup can she take safely at home until we visit a doctor? Are antibiotics necessary at this stage, or can she begin with any over-the-counter remedies for symptom relief? Please suggest something with minimal side effects. Thank you.
