Avoid chewing on that side for a few days. If pain persists or worsens, revisit your dentist for a check-up.

Hi! Mild pain or tenderness after obturation is quite normal, especially when touching or chewing. It can last for a few days to a couple of weeks as the tissues heal. Since your X-ray is fine and the pain is not constant or severe, there’s no need to worry right now. However, if the pain increases, lasts longer, or becomes sharp, you should visit your dentist for a follow-up.
