27f.since 15 days having pain (upper part of right ear not ear but forehead the nerve)when I press my back teeth with force or when iam spitting water after brushing .normal time it is ok but during force or stretch and early morning having pain.1 month back my husband slapped me on face actually since 8 months every month he is slapping last slap got pain in that head nerve it was ok then but from 15 days having this pain and discomfort and numbness not always rarely...is this due to the slaps or is it due to cold as I have heavy headedness ears blocked and feverish but no high temp .using paracetomol since many days antibiotic since 6 days citrizine for 5 days .what may be the reason Plz help

Having pain in chest all over but it comes Nd goes.relif by gas medicine. Done ecg eco,reports are normal. Severe gastric having burps all time.taking sompraz d 40 empty stomach the.n before lunch acogut100 n after lunch reflux forte.drinking enough water.no tea no dairy products, nonveg .still problem facing in the night also taking chappati 2 and sabji no spicy.after eating walking then drinking water n going to sleep.ultrasound done endoscopy done reports are normal.Taking acogut and syrup in night also.bp 120/80,sugar cholesterol normal. Can anyone prescribe a medicine for pain.and to reduce gas.no chest discomfort or breathlessness. Only sometimes sharp pain

I have been diagnosed with high bp recently and taking medicines. How many days does it take for bp levels to come down? It was 190/100 2 weeks back and then started taking medicines. Since then I went to check bp, once it was 150/90 and another time 170/90. I keep having random pains in left neck shoulder and find it difficult to sleep. I have shown to cardiologst who did ecg and echo and said it is normal. Cholesterol normal but vitamin d and b12 deficiency and taking supplements. Also high blood sugar detected taking medicine. One doctor told medicine effect could cause pain and discomfort and that it can take many weeks for bp to stabilize, is this right sir? Please advise

I went through ureteroscopy and laser for a stone in ureter . A DJ stent was placed for 12 days and was removed yesterday with rigid cystoscopy. I didn't see any blood in urine till now, but had burning sensation while urinating till late last night and now i dont have any burning sensation any more. Urine is colourless now. Now feeling feverish and in checking I found i have 100.5 fever and took a paracetamol 650 . Also am taking LOXOF 500 once a day. I don't have any other discomfort . Is this fever normal and when will it subside by itself. Any other precautions.

Hi Doctor, I am sexually active with my partner and we often have sex frequently. Last week i noticed after sex there were few red rashes or small pimple like formation on my penis glans. I am not circumsized. I ignored it since there was no pain for a week. Then again when i had intercourse 2 rashes became red again. Then since 2 days i have put Hydrocortison cream. Now the two rashes does not look red but i can see it there..i have no pain or any other issue with peeing. I am worried if i have sex again those two will become reddish again. Do you advise that i should visit a Dermatologist? Why the rashes come back after sex? I have no pain or itchiness, also during sex...there is no discomfort. Request you to advise

I underwent Proctocolectomy with IPAA in Nov 2019... Since then while passing stools I'm feeling discomfort (drooping sensation, pressure in vagina)On pressing vagina,stools clearly come out..X ray defecography shows Low anterior bulge but MRI defecography shows Cystocele..Anorectal Manometry is normal... Why is there variation in X-ray defecography and MRI defecography...How to be sure of the actual issue??What are the treatment options?? Kindly reply..

My father , 76 years age is facing gas problems since a long time. Height is 6 ft and weight around 90 kilos , not fat. Few years back we did all the necessary test , including colonoscopy , all the were test were normal. He says that their is no pain but discomfort due to gas. In the evening post 8pm he starts burping. His motion gets cleared in 3/4 times in a day. He takes blood pressure , prostate gland ( was recently diagnosed with enlarged prostate gland , Grade 2 size , 40 GM ). Had by pass heart surgery around 16 years ago, for that he takes a blood thinner. He is always lethargic. Wants to sleep always. Is he suffering from Celiac Disease?

Hello Doctor, My father had complained of chest discomfort early this year, then after he was detected with high blood cholesterol ..he noticeably underwent a complete diet change and didn't complain of anything for the whole year. However, it's been a month now that he frequently has a bit of pinching kind of sensation in the centre of his heart. So he visited local cardiologist who then suggested following medicines... (below) after which he usually finds his BP relatively low and complains of nausea as well. When can be stop these medicines or any of them? P.S His cholesterol is perfectly fine as per his latest reports. And weight is 76 kgs; Height 180cm. Report attached below. Medicines are: Clopidogrel 75, Aspirin 75 mg, Atorvastatin 10 mg, calcium & Vitamin D3

I underwent laser stapled hemorrhoidopexy to address my grade 3 hemorrhoid that used to prolapse during a bowel movement. It had become quite big in size over a period of 5 years, but it was painless and I never had any bleeding. I am 20 days post-op and I can still feel the lump at the rectal exit (smaller in size than my actual hemorrhoid). The lump goes inside if I push with 2 fingers but then it again sits back at the same position (rectal exit 6 o' clock position) Because of the positioning of the lump, it is painful and is grazing the buttock when I switch sides. The surgeon said that it will go away in time. I wanted to know if it will really go away and what is the expected timeline? If it does not, when can I feel relieved of the pain and discomfort of that lump? Thanks in advance.

Hello, I took a long haul flight of 14 hours, 5 days back to visit India from Europe. I developed swelling in my feet on flight which later progressed into swelling of my legs, hand and face after landing. It has been 5 days since my flight but the swelling hasn't gone down and is now causing discomfort and sensitivity. I do know this is edema but I was of the knowledge that it goes down on its own in a few hours. I've kept my legs lifted over my heart, sufficient water intake. What else can I do to get rid of this? I return to Europe in one week, thanks in advance!
