Since the last year i am facing a medical condition. Urine incontinence that is after attending the call of nature when walking out of the washroom There is leakage of 1-2 drops of urine....it oftens occur when there is stress on the muscles after urinating i read on the internet and found out it us stress incontinence I am not quite sure why it happened but last year I used to go to the gym and lift heavy weights, about 6 months back I went through a urine culture test because I read UTI causes incontinence but the reports were all fine and it was not uti It causes a lot of feeling of discomfort and stress  please prescribe some light medication for the problem. thankyou

So my wisdom tooth started erupting a month back so my dentist  said let's wait and see how it grows now it has erupted partially and wanted to get it removed but now there are so many covid cases and death in my city so I am really getting paranoid about going out of my house let alone remove my mask in front of dentist. From 1 st may we can get vaccine so I hope I get vaccinated as soon as possible and after that I would visit my dentist. Right now I am rinsing it with salt water and mouthwash brushing two times a day I had a bit discomfort few days back because I bit on the skin flap around my tooth but now I don't have any pain. Please advice I am worried about both getting covid and getting mouth infection

Hello i have been found covid positive on 24th march and after 20 days still i am getting positive report.  just to check that everything is ok i got my CBC, CRP , ESR done. everything looking okay.yesterday i went for chest x ray as i have slight discomfort in chest but my spo2 varies from 97-99.also i have very low dry cough. In Xray ut mentioned prominence of broncho vascular markings. Should i worry and should i start to take antibiotics .please suggest .one more thing after 20 days also sometimes my temp goes up to 99.2 or 99.4 but it comes back to 98.4 with out medication.this is a regular trend. Attaching reports for better understanding .please let me know what to do next. ESR - 18 CRP - 4 ( in report normal range is mentioned as 0-6)

On day 1, I had difficulty swallowing water, food. I felt like it was stuck in throat and there was discomfort in chest. On day 2, I had unexplained fatigue in morning and evening. On day 3, in early morning, I experienced difficulty in breathing. Normal breathing was not happening. I went to our family doctor, he checked with stethoscope and told that it was due to gastric. My laparoscopic inguinal hernia surgery was done a month ago. I have been taking fitgel susp and panvue d and one more tablet since yesterday. Now again I am having little difficulty breathing and mild chest pressure. Should I see a gastroenterologist? Is this GERD?

Hello doctors, From the last 2-3months i had slight pain in left side of the chest which last for 2-3 minutes, sometime it comes and go, when i burp i feel relaxed and i get pain relief. In the last 2-3 month i only experienced 2-3 time chest pain. But not severe pain or throbing pain. I am also facing issue of some stomach discomfort and gas trouble. Yesterday i went for a ecg which were normal and tmt test were also normal. My question is as my age is 24, whether this chest pain are related to heart issue, as i am following a sedentary lifestyle. Doctor said at your age heart disease don't occur and its rare. Is it true. Please guide me.

Dear Doctor Every year I do a body check up.. In 2019 November I went to Narayana Hrudyalaya Bangalore...where I did all test ..My ECG ,Echo all came normal... Cholesterol leavel also almost normal.. But last month I repeat cholesterol test . Result came as Total cholesterol-180,Trygliceride-130 HDL-15 Direct LDL-137 Non HDl-165 Now from few days I am feeling discomfort in my arms and  sometime in neck(last few seconds) I am fearing heart attack. Bp is 128/80. Taking bp medicine from last 4years... Kindly suggest me... In 2017 I did Hotler test, Ambulatory test also...both came normal ..In 2019 November ECHO and Ecg which came normal... Is there anything serious?? Should I repeat echo ? Is there any need for angiogram? I am in fear... kindly suggest me

Every morning around 5 or 6 am I wake up with a tightness and stabbing pain in my chest and my upper back. There is a slight pain in upper abdomen also. This is happening from a month everyday. In between three days it was fine but this has started again. The pain goes away after I poop or take PAN-40. But, I don't get a tendency to poop easily. I am also taking UDILIV-300 as my sgpt and sgot were little high. This is a huge discomfort as my sleep is disturbed everyday and the pain is also unbearable. I can't touch my back on bed as it pains so much. Please suggest me a way out to deal with it. I want this to go away permanently. Thanks in advance

I Have drink Habbit not regularly Weekly 2 to 3 times And I Stoped that completely since last 5Months Intially I have Gas Problem due to that I Did Endoscopy that is normal LFT KFT normal Blood I have 11.7 and ESR 50 and RF Positive but doctor told Do Anti CPP this Negitive so rumthologizt confirm it is not RF ISSUE Due to it happen Vitamin d3 Defecency Intially I have D3 Levels are 8.75 after 3 Weeks it increased 25.75 now my problem is throat, in throat some discomfort there and Squares in the throat not coming freely. I'm not understand all it is look like anxiety please suggest proper treAtment Iam using different medicines last 4 months. Please guide me correct way.

Dear sir/ madam I am 36 years old . My heart beat on resting ( sitting and bed) always 50 to 55 and morning wake up time It will be 48to 52. Some time chest discomfort also. 6 months back I have checked ecg echo tmt and all the blood reports like troponin I and t ckmb thyrod and all reports were normal. Two weeks back I checked endoscopy and all the blood reports also for gerd purpose. Now iam taking vitamin d tablet for weekly one for 8 weeks and renerve plus injection weekly 2 for four weeks. Vitamin b12 - 176 Vitamin d- 18 Please advise reason for low heart rate on resting.

Hello, my age is 31 and I am unmarried. From last 10-15 days, I am noticing mild cramp like pain in my lower abdomen or bladder. I am also getting frequent urge to urination. That might be because I drink a lot water. I don't feel any discomfort/burning while urinating and the color of my urine is pale yellow in morning and during day its mild yellow to white. Is everything fine with me? By the way, I have hypothyroidism and taking 50 mcg. However, the TSH and T3 levels are normal from last 6 months. Thank you in advance.
