I cant walk/ do much activity/ take stress/ watch movies.. ---Echo ecg done in april 2020 was fine.. ---TMT was not repeated as it had been done in February 2019... ---CT CALCIUM SCORE was zero. ----24 hour holter monitoring perfect Doctor said he doesnt think its angina pain but put me on dilzem 90 mg.. 1 month of dilzem lowered bp but nothing changed in chest pains Doctor says he doesnt know what do for me and get second opinion from some metro city Now I want to know what to do? i am clueless? Only thing left now is CardiAc mri or CT angiography!! I have scared that I have coronary spams/ microvascular angina/ coronary slow flow...

Hello dear Doctors. Hope everyone are fine and staying safe. My right ear is clogged for few weeks now. I feel pressure in the right side of head just above the right inner ear, I feel dizzy at particular head movements and while exerting pressure, my hearing is muffled in right ear alone. Sometimes I feel nausea and vomitting sensation. When I tilt my head to left and tilt it slowly to the right I feel like there is some fluid which wants to flow out, but the flow is being blocked. I have no other issues like cough, cold, throat irritation, runny nose, headache or breathing issues. The ear clog is causing lot of discomfort to perform my daily activities, I am very worried. Please help me with a remedy.

Good morning sir / madam, I am Experiencing some kind of little pain when I move left hand towards right, or suddenly if I stood up, or while laying on floor towards left side ( during sleep). When I am doing yoga or exercise, am not getting any during the process. But after finishing the daily exercise, I am facing again. I am in dilemma whether it is gastric issue/ acidity or heart issues. Due to this work from home conditions, I gained weight. This pain am facing since 2 and half weeks. When I am taking breath heavily no pain. Kindly suggest me the way forward. I have attached few pics where I am facing problem. Pain is not radiating any where. When I try to press the location where am facing pain, there is no discomfort. No motions, no throat pain, no fever, no cough. No mucus formations.

Hi, I am having sore throat from one week. I have done gargallin with warm water but dont seems to be much helpful. Apart from that i don't have anything like cough, fever, huge weakness, joint pains, diaharra. Also I have not been in contact with any COVID + person. But, I have visited hospital due to my wife health issue. Please note during that time, i have complete protection like mask, hand gloves, cotton balls in ear. I am feeling bit discomfort upon eating things, and very very mild weakness. Any suggestions possible medicine would be great help here. I took moxikind 625 two days (1 tab) but don't have better results

From last 1 yr i have pimple like structures on back of my throat and it is causing discomfort sometimes i have shown it to doctor and he gave me anti acid syrup i tries it for two months it didnt worked then he gave me levocetrizine that too didnt worked then i showed to other doctor he gave me anti inflamatory drug although it decreased the pimples size it was still there and as soon as the medication finished it went to its normal size please tell me what to do ... The second doctor told me it might be a allergy from something and it will not go by medication ... Sometimes i feel like the opening between the back of my throat has decreased sometimes it is completely normal ... And yes my first doctor told me that this is due to acid reflux but i have a good digestion as far as i know and i dont have any acidity problem ... So please give me some suggestions what to do

Hi, I am working professional and working in night shift from 5:00 pm to 4:00 am in morning. From Last 3-4 days, I am feeling breathlessness. I am taking long breath in every 5 mins. If I am not taking long breath than I feel discomfort in breath and try to take long breath and I gets comfort after taking long breath only. Sometimes I feel oxygen is flowing properly into heart. While sleeping, I don't feel breathlessness. My oxygen Level is fine but blood pressure is low. Please advise.

I am having yellow teeth and see lot of plaque formation. Last month I had discomfort and pain in my teeth and at times I feel little pain now also. I saw dentist and she told is perio stage 2 and requires scaling which they are not doing because of covid. She given medicines for pain relief that time. Also observing my gums getting inflamed specially towards end and feels getting over few teeth. Can you please help me how to control this during current scenario and is there any risks or other conditions which can happen if not treated/scaling done inside few months.

Hello. Two days ago my forehead was all ok in the morning but in the evening I noticed light darkened patches on my forehead. The skin there was dry and like plasticy. Like it was detached from the skin underneath. There is no redness, itchiness or any discomfort. It's just dry and flaky, but the skin is not peeling off. It has happened once before few weeks later and cured within 4-5 days by itself. But this time there is a red/pink spot between my eyebrows also. It looks like internal blood clot like it hit by something, but there was no hit. There's no pain. Nothing. It's just weird. What could this be? I am nervous. Please tell me what is this. I have been facing discomfort since the last month while passing stools. There is a small boil and a greenish patch developed near my anus which bleeds or spots every time I pass stools. I am currently a student studying in France and visited the nearest gynaecologist on 11th July 2020 He advised me to use a vaginal suppository for 10 days and diagnosed a condition of fungal infection. The condition is not better than before and still the same. Also, I face this problem usually when I pass hard stools that creates a tear or touches the boil. Could you please advice how to treat the area.?

I have been experiencing chest discomfort for over 5 months. Pain is extremely dull and on both side of the chest, it feels like poking pain and lasts barely 5-10 seconds in one place. I have no problem in moving around and doing my every day activities however I have mild pain in my arms and neck since last 10 days now. My blood works, including lipid profile,B12,D3, chest X ray, ECG,echocardiography are all normal. ESR is 38 and haemoglobin is at 11. There is no pain in my chest since past 10 days but I am worried about the pain in my arm. What could it be? I've spoken to 7-8 doctors and all of them suspect musculoskeletal issues.
