Hello We are planning for pregnancy.  My LMP was 10th nov I had follicular scanning on 23rd nov. My follicle where 28mm and 27mm single follicle from both side and on 23rd doc gave me hcg injection. And told us to keep relation for next 2 days that is 24th and 25th. And on 23rd evng I had severe lower abdomen pain and discomfort. Exactly when was my ovulation. And we had relation for extra 2 today's. Which is 26th and 27th. And today I'm having light pain in my lower back from the left side. Kindly let me know.. and I'm under susten 200 mg for 20 days.

Hlo Whenever I do some minimal physical activity I start getting discomfort in my chest and my left hand and shoulder... Today I climbed two floor of stairs n it resulted in chest pressure n pain which didn't subside at rest n continued for atleast 2 hours... I am depressed as I am only 21 but my condition is even worst than heart patients I once had a TMT in March 2019, echo in October 2020 and ecg previous week.. My bloodwork all is normal along wid dese reports... 2 months back I had an ecg along wid troponine in emergency n it was normal. That ecg recorded my pain No premature heart disease in family

I had dry throat for 5 days no pain while swallowing. From 6th day I had throat pain at right side, I started gargling and steam. 7th day I felt something is stuck in the throat and pain too. I have swallowing saliva often because of this. I consulted online General Physician he said it's acute pharyngitis and gave me Augmentin 625 for five days twice daily and betadine gargle. Now it's total 14 days since it started I feel little better after taking tablets for five days but still I feel something there in throat. I told this to Doctor told me to continue with gargling and steam alone. Should I be worried? Will this go away slowly or need to check an ENT to see why I still feel discomfort in throat? Please advice

From 5 months having continue pain in throat gland towards down side till neck no problem in swallowing it switch sides from right to left, and ear pressure sometimes and mild pain in neck n shoulder chest slight discomfort last month right wisdom teeth extraction up n down but no relief taken 5 courses of antibiotics, no fever or cough Every day doing gargle but no relief Chest x ray, soft tissue of throat, ecg, vitamin S3 14.16 , 8.8 calcium, ear x-ray normal all r normal report

I'm currently under medication for anxiety for last one month..for last couple of months, I'm have weird pain like sensation in my left breastbone and sometimes it's radiating to upper chest and rips and hands with some chest discomfort. If I apply pain relief gel in back breastbone and chest, I feel better...Since I'm a health anxitey patient, I keep taking tests for last four year..my last TMT taken 3 years ago and it was good and my last echo done on 9months ago and my heart is fine..but due to this, I'm keep suspecting about my heart condition..I have to say I was suffered with esophagus ulcer couple of years back and taken some medications at that time... Is that back again, so my condition and symptoms is still related to anxiety and GERD? Or am I having some heart problems?

Three months before ultrasound done for other reasons and found contracted gallbladder with multiple calculi largest one was 15.6mm.Itrahepatic billiary duct not dilated.gallbladder thickness measures upto 2.6mm.CBD measures 4.2 at porta and is not dilated. Pancreas normal in echotexture and morphology.Uersocol 300 is taken thrice a day. After 3 months. USG report is gallbladder totally contracted and poorly vizualised.multiple calculi seen with largest one is 8.6mm.glallblader thickness measures upto 2.1mm.itrahepatic billiary radicals not dilated.CBD measures 3.1 mm at porta and is not dilated.pancreas is normal in echotexture and morphology. Occassional discomfort after meal, constipation and gas. Pl suggest ,is it surgical case or should wait?is it symptomatic? At present no problem.

I have pain in left upper back since 20 days, had swelling as well under the left shoulder blade. Pain is throbbing as well as pinching with an overall weakness in the left arm starting from palm to armpit. Feeling is causing discomfort in the left breast, armpits , upper back and complete arm. I am 33 year , old mother of 8month old baby and had issues with breastfeeding with limited feeding until 4 months of delivery with restrained milk produced from the left breast. I have hypothyroidism as medical condition.

Had panic with Covid issues and discomfort 3 weeks back and checked with Dr. Identified 160/110 mm Hg. Prescribed Amlogard-5mg and seklon 25 mg. After 14 days checked 150/100 mmHg , prescribed Amlogard-10mg and seklon 25mg to review after 2 months. Now my BP many times goes 115/71 mmHg , maximum observed was 135/87 mmHg. What to do with medication, should I continue medicine .....I do 5km jogging daily . Worried if BP goes down further by continuing medicine.

I am 11 weeks and 4 days pregnant today.I will be visiting the doctor for genetic scanning in the next week.Till 10th week I had horrible symptoms of pregnancy including nausea, vomitting, headache and excessive hunger. But since I entered my 11th week all these symptoms have vanished and I am feeling like I have nothing.Two days back I had excess hunger but today onwards that is also not there. I don't even feel any heaviness or discomfort in my abdomen. I am really scared.Is everything fine?Or its just that I am about to end my first trimester so I am feeling better. I had no bleeding too.
