Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

Pancreatectomy, Pamcreato jejunostomy and splenectomy done in 2006 Last month 22nd was done Laproscopic cholecystectomy. Last 4weeks I feeling abdomen blooting and discomfort. Digestion good, no hard stools. When ever I taken food after 15 min iam feeling heavy and blooting. Night time it's very difficult to manage. Sleep distebence. Feeling hungry also. If I eat heavy stomach pain and gas happens. Present iam useing only TAB.PAN D 40Mg and ULTRACET sos only. Please suggest food and medication for managing this condition. I stop pancreatin enzymes also. Is it necessary for my regular medication. Thanks

I used 1ddose of wysolone 10 mg. And from 21st May to till date I'm take methypredisolone 8mg tablets. I lost my smel 4days back.. I inhaled Tomato plant two times because can feel smell or not. Now my nose inside very heavy and I feel discomfort. I feel eyes and heads also very heavy.. feels little pain. I'm very scared about black fungus.. Will it be black fungus? I'm scared I went and inhaled that plant.. thats why I'm very much scared. Pplz reply

Respected Dr. I am Sangeetha Jalla, I have the following Complaints: 1.  Light throat pain. 2.  Light Nose pain, feeling somewhat discomfort. 3.  Weakness(she has normal appetite, able to taste and smell). 4.  Not feeling Normal strength. 5.  Not having sound sleep. *RT-PCR Test: Negative* CBP, crp, serum ferritin, ldh, d-Dimer are normal.

While lying down I feel tight in my throat with my pulse bounding and when I hold my phone I can also feel my phone bouncing with my pulse.. feels discomfort in throat. Which specialist to approach? I have done my ecg (normal) and went and checked with cardiologist, he checked and said my heart is fine.. 2d echo was done in sep 2020.. he said not required. I have chest pain too.. now headache and pain in eyes too with my lower back of head paining.. spo2 levels are 97-98.. is this cause of no proper sleep? I have this problem post covid and since 10 months now. Peculiar but I want a normal life.. can someone help?

I am having left testicular pain the pain is mainly bottom of the testicle and upside of the testicle also they are some swollen veins up side of the testicle I am also experiencing big veins and many little veins on my Penis too which are normally not there. I am also having lower abdomen pain frequent urination and loose motions. Also so I can feel that the left testicle is not in a place where it used to be it is feeling like either it is swollen or it is somehow more upward than the right one which is causing it to get trapped between thighs more often leading to discomfort. I have gone to two doctors which testicular pain and abdomen pain they suggested me usg scrotum whose results are clear both of the time I am in a worry of varicocele but the Usg report are clear but I am experiencing some veins upside of the testicle. Also i have taken levofloxacin and augmention antibiotics for about 10 days .. please help. Do see attachment for better understanding the case.I need help plz

Doctor, I have been suffering from the problem of frequent urge to urinate ( every 10-15 minutes)Which starts leaking when there is an urge. Whenever there is a pressure on the stomach this happens. This has been happening from 3 weeks. Last week I conculted a urologist on practo he practiced diagnosis test of USG scan of abdomen and pelvis, also urine culture and sensitivity test. After showing the report of it to the doctor he found it as a blader infection (cystitis). He prescribed antibiotics ( Zifi CV 200 and cital sugar free liquid) for 5 days but It's the 8th day, the problem has not yet been cured. This problem causes very much discomfort which affects my studies I can't sit for long. What should I do doctor please prescribe something.

I have underwent three major abdominal surgeries(midline excision,laparotomy) owing to intestinal problem (the same incision was used for surgery thrice),last surgery date 25thJan 2020. .Since last few months I'm having discomfort in right upper abdomen,just 2cms away from incision..I'm feeling something will bulge through that spot,but there is no visible bulge...it is similar to feeling we get while checking pulse rate...Also while sneezing I get the same feeling...Due to surge in covid cases I'm unable to visit my doctor... Kindly help me...Can it be hernia or it is due to adhesions? Please reply

Hi doctor I'm covid positive and I have been prescribed with Ivermectin 12 mg - OD - 5 days (night) Azithromycin 500 - OD - 5 days (afternoon) Limcee - OD - 10 days (morning) Zincomic 50(zinc acetate) - OD - 10 days (afternoon) Calcium and vit D3 tab - OD - 10 days (afternoon) Becotab(vit b complex) - OD - 10 day(afternoon) I'm confused when to take ivermectin, either before food or after food.please help me with that. Also after taking Azithromycin, I feel discomfort in my stomach, so to avoid that can I take rantac before food in the morning? Please suggest

Hello sir some days back I was diagnosed with bacterial infection urinary infection I was having pain in left testicle and lower abdomen with frequent urination doctor suggested me some antibiotics and other medicines after that I have relief in my abdomen pain and also in testicle pain but the the veins up side the left testicle can be felt by hand. Sometime it cause me discomfort for example when I do sit in chair and cross leg then the the vein and testicle come between the thighs also I am experiencing left testicle is more upward than the right I have undergone to 2 usg from different radiologist but both the report came out normal. So sir I just want to know that does bacterial infection or urinary infection do cause the veins in the scrotum to swell please let me know I am very worried

Upper GI Endoscopy said Bile Induced Pan Gastritis. No Erosion and Ulcer in Esophagus, Stomach, Duodenum. Only Bile induced Pan Gastritis. Liver Function test Normal. Lipase Normal. Gall Bladder Operation in 2010. USG Whole Abdomen said Grade 1 Fatty Liver, Mildly Dialated CBD due to Post Cholecystectomy. CBD Measurement 7.7 mm. No Diabetes, No HTN, No Thyroid. Stool not clear , always soft. No pain in Right side of Abdomen, but discomfort on middle of Abdomen, just above Diaphragm. Kindly suggest.
