Throat tightness and bounding pulse

Asked for Female, 34 Years

While lying down I feel tight in my throat with my pulse bounding and when I hold my phone I can also feel my phone bouncing with my pulse.. feels discomfort in throat. Which specialist to approach? I have done my ecg (normal) and went and checked with cardiologist, he checked and said my heart is fine.. 2d echo was done in sep 2020.. he said not required. I have chest pain too.. now headache and pain in eyes too with my lower back of head paining.. spo2 levels are 97-98.. is this cause of no proper sleep? I have this problem post covid and since 10 months now. Peculiar but I want a normal life.. can someone help?

This could be a problem in neck as you claim throbbing in the throat and neck. Please get a Ultra Sonography of neck with Doppler study of carotid.
