Tightness in throat
My throat feels very tight I am able to eat food but due to the tightness I face difficulty swallowing. I am also having nasal congestion! Just wanted to know the cause of it.

Thanks for your question.First I would like to say don't panic, check your temperature if feel feverish and if it is positive consult local doctor.Otherwise drink frequent sips of luke warm water and tab vitamin C can be chewed daily once and Gargle with Luke warm water and steam inhalarion as well.If not resolving ,needs online or physical consultation.
