Hello, my daughter is 5 years old. She has had a bit of cold, sneezing running nose and fur the jar one week. I am giving her montair lc 5ml a day for the last ten days. Her cold and running nose has gone. However she has cough with mild phlegm.i gave her brozedex 5 ml for 3 days And stopped. The cough has increased now though. More frequent. Mostly during the day and evening. Nights she has a bit of a nose block. She's active otherwise. No fever, no other discomfort. It's been 11 days though. Her chest doesn't seem congested and there are no vibrations when she sleeps but there's mild phlegm which she swallows. Can I give her brozedex again or should I take her to the clinic. Please let me know. Her weight is 21.5 kg. Please advise. Thank you.

I have been facing extreme lower back for last 3 weeks which causes a tingling sensation in my right leg. I did an mri scan which shows slight bulge in L4L5 vertebrae. I have completed 10 days of Physiotherapy and have been taking Gabapin for over 2 weeks now. The pain has reduced as I was on complete bed rest for almost 2 weeks. Since the time I have resumed work, I feel the pain again. And this could be because of sitting. Although I make it a point to stand and stretch every hour. I'm still facing discomfort and sitting and walking. What should I do? I have stopped exercising completely.

Feeling unusual breathlessness since a week even during daily activities and severe during physical activities. Not having asthma or other allergic problems. I am taking medicines for hypertension and hypothyroidism Current BP 110/70 TSH 1.3 Total Cholesterol : 204 An ECG taken is attached here, which mentions Old MI. But I don't have any chest discomfort. The physician suggested echocardiogram. Do I need a cardiology evaluation. Current meds: Newtel 40 + Cilday 10 Thyronorm 75 mcg

Today i woke up and clear my thorat and when i spit i saw a small about of blood with it. Some bubbles dot like blood were still stuck in my throat .. It is in dark red colour like brown, i dont know.. I m worried. As i am 18 yrs old and i didnt diaognose with any other prblm till now.. Yeah i suffered from gerd very often and having throat discomfort from past few day coz i eat a lot of ice cream but m not suffering from coughing.. But when i saw those bloods lines in my spit i really got shocked .. Am i going to die?

I used to have severe knee pain and locking happened frequently stopping the movement.When I consulted doc he suspected a meniscus tear and adviced knee cap and exercises.Now there is no locking and i can walk comfortably.But when I sit down and get up my left side of right knee hurts badly and I couldn't even touch.sometimes I can clearly sense slipping movement in my knee.I got MRI done and my doc is suggesting to go for surgery.Is it really req to get a surgery??It's been 4mnths and my symptoms reduced but still facing some stiffness and discomfort to sit down,squat or exercises..Does a partial tear heal on its own??

Sir / Ma'am i took propranolol 20 mg twice a day and gastric tab recommend by Dr. (M.D) saying you are being anxious nothing to worry just dont think about this and stay away from incident that can cause anxiety I completed medicine course, after that i had a incident of getting barked by a bunch of street dogs alone at 2 pm for a while. After that i was feeling it agian with numbness and discomfort in my body so a pharmacist adviced me to get a ecg done. I am attaching ecg report. At the time of ecg my heart rate got elevated too please tell me if this is ok i m feeling physically fine now my heart rate goes to 68 after being relaxed and stayed like that till now

I have some uncomfortable feeling on left chest area , that occurs sometimes and goes away , Its like a pin and needle sensation and not a bad pain , i have history of anxiety , currently going through stressfull situation , and have depression ,from two years also having panic disorder , i tried several antidepressants and from one week I started taking flouxetine and clonazepam for depression and anxiety prescribed by psychiatrist , for the chest discomfort i took one ecg today and it mentioned non specific st elevation , is this abnormality heart related , can i continue the medicines? Hi doctor, I have been facing frequently motion after eating since 2 months. I am antibiotics Medici along with probiotic. I am seeing significant weight changes ; 11 - Jan - 2022 - 94 17 feb --- 93 17 March - 92 Today - 90.4 I have minimized outside food intake and stopped daily product like milk completely.and not taking non veg due to Navratri festival. I did my CBC, crp , esr and ultrasound abdominal. All were normal expect crp was 12 ( range was < 10). I am anxious person also. I am really stressed due to this ... Is this cancerous unintentionally weight loss? I just feel little discomfort in adnominal after eating which goes off after walk.

My ear feels crackling/clicking every time I move my ear muscle or I want to open my ears. And when I close my mouth, blow my nose it feels popping sensation. Then I have to adjust my ear pressure. After eating something my ears keep getting blocked and then I have to blow my nose for open my ears. I also have a lump sensation and discomfort feeling in my throat for over 2 years. I tried taking rabeprazole for several month but it doesn’t work. Globus sensation still exist. It's all started two years ago by Acid reflux(GERD:gastroesophageal reflux disease). N dr suggested these two medicines after that Tab Zerodal sp bd, Tab Ethasyl 500mg bd Need some consultation now, should i go for any test???
