Feeling unusual breathlessness since a week even during daily activities and severe during physical activities.
Not having asthma or other allergic problems.
I am taking medicines for hypertension and hypothyroidism
Current BP 110/70
TSH 1.3
Total Cholesterol : 204
An ECG taken is attached here, which mentions Old MI.
But I don't have any chest discomfort.
The physician suggested echocardiogram.
Do I need a cardiology evaluation.
Current meds: Newtel 40 + Cilday 10
Thyronorm 75 mcg

Yes definitely needs further evaluation.Any history of sudden breathlessness ,cardiac evaluation has to be done.Above Ecg shows HR 60/min,With T inversion in lead 3 with prolonged PR interval.History of covid has to ruled out,With all above symptoms it is better to get cardiac opinion as early as possible,

Ur ecg is not normal. Definitely you requires echo and further evaluation.. Breathlessness at a physical activities is not a good sign, and u may requires hospitalisation
