Breathless
I feel slight breathlessness when I climb stairs to  1st floor in our home which I have to use throughout the day. Is it common or should I get it checked

Need to do some blood evaluations to rule out anemia, thyroid diseases, Dyslipidemia.

Breathing difficulty walking upstairs is really not good at all n that too just one flight of stairs. Means u got some problem mostly in heart or less likely in ur lungs Or may be yr Hb is low. Need to discuss properly with u as it is not a good sing for such a young person. Dnt tk it lightly Fee free to get in touch anytime

Deep breathing excercise ,steam inhalation r suggested if persists XRay Chest PA View & ECG

Breathing difficulty on exertion is not common. You will require pulmonary function test and of it is normal will need Echocardiography. But possibility of everything normal is also there. But it is important to know that nothing is wrong at present.
