Fast heart beat after climbing stairs

Sir,i am having fast heart beat after climbing stairs or after walking in the sunlight for 10 minutes...If i m doing cleaning of a room,then too i have rapid heart beat...i am 20 ys old,with approx 65 kgs,n 5.4 inch height...what should i do sir?? Regards
