My baby is 25days old is a pre term baby with birth weight 2300 now he is 2650..he always is gassy and cry uncontrollably when lied flat..after every feed he shows discomfort as if somethibg bitter is coming uo through throat and he arches his back from bed..when i consulted doctor he told he may be having lacto intolerance and suggested for giving LF100 and to limit breast milk thrice a day...am so worried shoukd igive powder milk when am having ebough of breastmilk for my baby..as he is preterm with low birth weightam worried about his health by giving formula..

Hello doctors. I got covid last year 2 time last on Feb 2022 after that I got some chest tightness and breathing difficulties. So I did hrct, xray pft but all came 100% normal. And my pulmonologist prescribed esiflo inhaler and some deskast tablet for a month. I took it but not complete relief. Then few days back I got bacterial throat infection And my nearby gp prescribed 5 days moxikind antibiotics and it not only cured my throat by my chest also feeling much much better. But still very small discomfort is there. What may be causing it and what is the exact treatment I should take please guide

Don't know what n why I'm asking but I was having some constipation and hard Stools from 2 days...today while passing stool I put my finger in 1-2 inch and when I moved in circular position I felt some soft mass(not painfull after which I think canal was starting. Is this enlarged prostate? Then i was removing my finger and pressed finger in anus wall (1 inch inside) and felt discomfort in penis urethra. I'm having burning urine. I'm going to see urologist for consultation. Should I tell him about it? Or see surgeon or gastroentologist for it?

So exactly one month ago, me and my bf did some dry humping with clothes on. He ejaculated on my pants but cleaned it with tissues right after. After some minutes he started fingering me, he didn't enter the vaginal hole but he rubbed on the clitoris. My period ended on october 12th and this happened on oct 15th. I also have pcos and on nov 6th i had scanty period for 5 days with brown and red color bleeding with clots which is more than spotting and less than heavy or medium flow. Yesterday i went for a regular checkup and they did an ultrasound whole abdomen. I will be attaching my scan report. And from yesterday i have been peeing very frequently there's this slight discomfort near my urethra.Is there a chance of me being pregnant?? or I am having any UTI?? I haven't done any tests yet.

I am having heaviness in right upper as well as sometime in lower right abdomen, with this i have another symptom of bodily irritation, burping which make some relaxation in bodily discomfort, at the same time i have also heaviness in right sided throat, i feel something is stuck at the right throat, sometime i used to have anxiety, due to heaviness as i feel i have breathing problem, but actually after burping thenrelaxation to heaviness in throat also. But after sometime again the issue starts. This heaviness in abdomen and heaviness in started from the past 2 months more. It all started in 2020 July all of a sudden was diagnosed with diffuse gastritis (reason being too much black coffee n caffeinated pre-workout)... It took months (5-6) to kind of get back to normalcy... there's only one symptom(it's belching/burping) could feel the acid moving up and causing discomfort (this generally happens after few hours of eating (2-3 hrs) ... again it has started... same thing after few hours of eating (acid reflux (belching burping) ...is it gastritis or something else...how long can one take medication with side-effects (year's)... Kindly guide n provide solution( not able to workout to the best of my ability instead have switched over to simple excercise) like  walking... earlier use to do skipping, strength training n HIIT ...

I had a session with an acupuncturist ( for my chronic breathing discomfort)who put 2 needles each in my hands , palms and legs. Post that I started getting tingling sensation in my hands. He immediately removed the needles and said is normal. After a day I started getting buzzing sensation in my head and feeling little off balance. I went to my urgent care who did blood test and said my potassium and sodium level is low and prescribed potassium supplements. My question is can acupuncture cause such side effects? What can be the reason of low potassium? I am worried about any nerve damage

I am suffering from frequent sore throat since last four months , it comes and goes, but by taking antibiotics or prescribed medicines from general physician and gargling with saltwater it gets normal, but after some days it comes back again, I feel slight discomfort and irritation in throat and mouth, my ear also gets hurt from noisy environments, that makes like drum sounds, apart from this, since last three days I am experiencing  blood coming out from mouth once time in day without cough. I consulted an ENT earlier in May. He told me LPR, and pharyngitis, but after 20 days treatment I was feeling good, but after some days irritation and itching in throat came back, or still now it comes and goes. Please tell me, what is this?

Hi From the last one year my hair density is reducing and hair also becoming thin and making split ends. So I visited a clinic and doctor has provided the following prescription. 1) FOLLIHAIR AMPM once in night after food 2) Miniboost (1ml on scalp morning and in night) 3) N-duta (Dutasteroid) But after taking for one week I found little discomfort in the lower stomach and also got mouth ulcer. After applying the miniboost my hair is becoming full dry and frizzy. So I stopped taking Dutasteroid tablet. Now mouth ulcer is reduced. But Hair fall us not reduced pls suggest whether I need to continue taking N-DUTA as it has lot of side effects. Please advice..
