My stapler circumcision done on 19/08/2022, it's been 18 days, my ring fallen on day 9 ,my swelling has not been reduced, and I'm unable to wear boxers and loose pants, which discomforts, i used antibiotics for first 5 days,and after 14 days again I went to doctor for swelling, he prescribed trypsin-chymotrypsin medicine for 5 days, still nothing has improved,at present I'm not taking any medicines.just applying enzoheal ointment,I'm feeling depressed, it effects my personal and professional life., please help

Yesterday I visited a doctor and did a p/v test. She said , head not engaged and had single cord around neck. She mentioned head -3 station on my note . Then , From yesterday night , i have loose stool. Not watery . But loose stools. Had a back pain and urged to pass stools, and feeling continues fetal movements in my upper stomach from night.  And having some discomfort in my chest and throat. I ate dosa now, suddenly i vomited everything one time. Is i need to see a doctor , or can I wait for a day ?

Hello, My wife is 28W 6D Pregnant. Today morning she saw blood in her eye. No pain or itching or any discomfort. Yesterday she was under lot of stress. Pic attached. Checked BP in morning it was 112/74. Blood Sugar is normal. HB was 10 at 24 weeks. Doc gave her antibiotic medicines for vaginal infection & sent her sample for testing. Reports came negative for infection but she's already having medicines. Questions - Can this be because of some medicines or stress? Should she continue with course as antibiotics were prescribed for 5 days or stop it as reports have come negative? How to treat eye problem? Thank you, Doctor.

I had observed a swelling/lump on my back since 1 week without any pain. Still, to be on the safe side, i got it evaluated by a surgeon who said its normal, but still anxiously, i showed it to another surgeon (orthopedic) who did some physical tests, asked me to bend and pushed and all stuff(to remove my fear of chordoma), and said its just a fat deposit. I am satisfied with that but here are some issues i am facing: 1. When i go for bowel movements (indian), i feel that area of skin to be a little stiff/tight. And after today's gym session, i feel a little burning there. (Superficially, not a deep ache or something). Adding the image for reference. Note: CBC is fine, no pain there, general discomfort, area feels hot sometimes.

My Father is in super discomfort from 2 days. He has diabetes. 225 (last tested 1 hour before) He had circumcision done 2 days back by ZSR method. (Because of phimosis). The stapler is still there. Around that stapler the skin is SWELLED up. He is unable to pass even 10 ml of urine at a time. And this urine retention problem is from 4 days. He feels like urine is about to come after every 1 hour but not even a single drop come out. Sometimes theres burning sensation in penis. And sometimes white discharge is also there. He's also having black stool with burning sensation inside anus. Doctor prescribed him urimax 0.4 mg. Still no relief. Abdomen Ultrasound report is normal. Prostate size is normal. Few conretions are in left kidney. I've attached the medicines prescribed by the doctor. Please reply.

Hi, I am 28 years old mother of my only son aged 2.5, had normal delivery. I do not have contact with my husband after child birth. I have burning and itching sensation alltime except morning, also now i found small ball like shaped jelly like substance emerged from inside of the vagina opening located at centre, if i push inside it goes inside, but again after few minutes it again showing outwards. I do not feel discomfort while walking, may i know what is it? Is it normal vagina or any problem? I do attached pics.

I have been diagnosed with diabetes type 2 last year with HBA1C 7.5% now it is 5.6%. but I have been experiencing cold burning sensation on my right leg. It worsen during cold temperatures like -35 degree Celsius during my time in Northern Europe. Wearing long tight trousers giving more discomfort. During my visit in India, a doctor here told me it was due to excessive cold and less blood circulation and prescribed me several vitamin and calcium tablets. I continued it for 3 months. It reduces a bit but sensation is still there during the hot weather of India. Please advise what to do

I am having heart palpitations every night after I sleep from past 5 days. A similar pattern is observed by me I fell asleep, wake up after sometime having a increased heart rate and feeling of discomfort. I had the same problem 2 months back, I did heart check ups and my Stress test ECG, Blood test were normal. I also did a full body checkup and all the tests were normal. I don't have Diabetes or High BP. Doc suggested me to take Nexito 10mg for a month.Till the time I took that medicine I was doing fine but since I stopped using it the problem resurfaced, can anyone guide me on the steps and which doctor can help me.

I had an infection on my glans penis 10 days back. It caused white patches and tiny spots that resembled pustules. There was little bit discomfort but other than that no other problem. I took amoxicillin 500 mg capsules for 5 days twice a day due to which the condition resolved. But along with that my foreskin became tight. Whenever I try to retract my foreskin for cleaning my genitals, it hurts, and there are small lacerations on the top of my foreskin that get irritated whenever I pull back my foreskin. The tip of my foreskin has also become red. There is no other problem. No irritation or burning sensation during urination or otherwise. Please suggest what should I do. The lacerations are not healing as I try to retract my foreskin daily during bath for cleaning. Is it a serious situation or will it resolve on its own?

Dear doctor, I visited 2 dentist for tooth gum related problem. One doctor said it's gum ulcer and gave some numbness gel to apply and to use salt water . Another doctor said it's cervical abrasion in starting stage. No need to worry just use soft brush and recommended Senquel AD Mouth Wash. Till I feel some gum related problem not pain but i feel discomfort. I have confidence on ayurveda medicine. So I am requesting you all to suggest some good medicine to my problem and how long it will take to recover . I just not able to concentrate on any thing (no Tooth decay).
