Having heart palpitations every night
I am having heart palpitations every night after I sleep from past 5 days. A similar pattern is observed by me I fell asleep, wake up after sometime having a increased heart rate and feeling of discomfort. I had the same problem 2 months back, I did heart check ups and my Stress test ECG, Blood test were normal. I also did a full body checkup and all the tests were normal. I don't have Diabetes or High BP. Doc suggested me to take Nexito 10mg for a month.Till the time I took that medicine I was doing fine but since I stopped using it the problem resurfaced, can anyone guide me on the steps and which doctor can help me.

More than the investigations it is the detailed physical examination by a Cardiologist and his counseling which is required.        If that also doesn't work you may need a counseling session with a Psychiatrist.
