Stomach bloating after cholecystectomy
Pancreatectomy, Pamcreato jejunostomy and splenectomy done in 2006
Last month 22nd was done Laproscopic cholecystectomy.
Last 4weeks I feeling abdomen blooting and discomfort. Digestion good, no hard stools. When ever I taken food after 15 min iam feeling heavy and blooting. Night time it's very difficult to manage. Sleep distebence. Feeling hungry also. If I eat heavy stomach pain and gas happens.
Present iam useing only TAB.PAN D 40Mg and ULTRACET sos only. Please suggest food and medication for managing this condition. I stop pancreatin enzymes also. Is it necessary for my regular medication.

It will subsides with time, take low fat diet
And pancreatic enzymes as tabs with each food
