Severe vaginal itching, rashes & burning

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I am experiencing severe itching and burning in my private area. About 1.5 weeks ago I shaved, after that there was only mild skin itching. But after my periods ended 2 days ago, I developed strong itching near the urine opening, inside the vaginal lips (vulva) and slightly inside the vagina. Passing urine causes burning and discomfort. I have also noticed many tiny prickly-heat like bumps or rashes inside the vaginal lips. I had been using V Wash twice daily. There is no unusual discharge, but the area feels sore, dry and irritated all the time. I am not sexually active. These symptoms are making me very uncomfortable and anxious. Please help me understand what this condition is, why it is happening ?
