My wife is 30 years old and has been experiencing discomfort and burning sensation in her private part for the past 4–5 days, especially while urinating. She also had mild fever yesterday which comes and goes, along with body pain and weakness.
Today we did a urine test and I’ve attached the report here. As per the report, there are pus cells and bacteria present, and the urine appears turbid.
Since the doctor is not available right now, I want to know:
Is this a urinary tract infection (UTI)?
What medicine or syrup can she take safely at home until we visit a doctor?
Are antibiotics necessary at this stage, or can she begin with any over-the-counter remedies for symptom relief?
Please suggest something with minimal side effects. Thank you.
