My baby girl is 2 months old and has lactose intolerance. We are giving her Zerolac. Since starting, she has stopped vomiting, but she has severe gas, is unable to sleep, and cries a lot.
Her birth weight was 3.3 kg, and now at 2 months she weighs 4 kg only. Currently, she is taking around 60 ml per feed(formula)
I would like to know:
Does Zerolac help in proper weight gain?
Should we continue with Zerolac or switch to any other formula?
How can we manage her gas and discomfort?

Zerolac should support weight gain, yet persistent gas and poor gain we can think switching to a different lactose-free formula
I need to ask few more questions.
