My baby girl is 1.5 months old.. Doctor suggested calcimax-p syrup half spoon daily twice along with some vitamin and multi-vitamin SYRUP 5drops daily twice. Is this calcium and vitamin supplements necessary for 1.5 months old baby ..

Vitamin D supplementation is necessary till they complete 6 months. Others not required.
