I had some white skin like thing coming off my glans for the 3-4 days, and it was like some white spot all over my glans, without any much pain it had some discomfort though which i hardly noticed, later i have a tight foreskin now, due to which during errection im not able to pull it down, i dont see any swells but it pains like it would split and cut if forcily pulled, i do mastrubate everyday twice sinc my teenage days, never had any issue like this but now suddenly this appeared, do i need to consult a urologist to get this treated or i can wait for couple of more days to heal?

Hi myself 32 years old man, i am suffering from a problem at present , i.e. after having sex with my friend i am getting burning micturating at the tip and while urination in my penis and scrotum, and it last for few days, unprotected sex i have, but my partner doesn't have any health problems at present. I feel discomfort at my private parts after wearing cloths also, and i used to masturbate regularly. Is this a serious issue? And i have a renal calculi of 4mm at Lt kidney. I have had a black mole for a long time under my right armpit. It's flat and its not very small in size. A few days backs I felt some soreness in my armpit and found what felt like swelling of lymph nodes which was gone in 2 days (I don't know if it's related but I got my period the same day). But now I discover that the mole has turned painful especially on touching or stretching my arm too much. I haven't shaved underarms in a long time either which could've been a reason for the discomfort. Should I be worried?

Since last week Wednesday, I have been having lower back pain with some discomfort in legs too but not excruciating pain. If I stand then to sit I need to adjust a bit and likewise when I am sitting, to stand and walk I need to adjust a bit. I have put on Volini and out hot water bag. It's a little better since last week but still not fully fit. I suspect some kind of slip disc, early stages may be. I work in IT industry to most time is sitting either in office or at work. My friend suffers from lichen planus as she has her feet & legs covered in those spots. We are clue less to where it can be treated and properly as the last time she went for a diagnosis her doctor gave her steroids meant for leprosy patients. I can see her in discomfort because of that. Although it's not contagious but the stigma around its appearance makes it hard for her to stay normal and comfortable. Thanks in advance for any inputs.

Hi suddenly my eye power had changed Initially I had -1.75 both eyes Now in left eye it is -1.0 and in right eye it is -2.0 as per opthalmologist Also I reported some floaters in right eye for which he did ratina verification and nothing wrong was found But I feel the sudden change is bit overwhelming for me and it cause discomfort in right eye as my vision is bit cloudy in that What can be the possible reason for such a change From last month I was swimming in pool can it be the reason?

Pain since yesterday above lower jaw right side (seems to be below gums) below all teeth. Sometimes pain is in upper right side too. Pain comes and goes. Not static. But intensity quite high, causing headache too. No swelling or redness in gums. No bleeding. I have a molar tooth's some part broken 3 months back. This is about my mother. There used to be sometimes yellow discharge from her ear causing pain and discomfort from past few years. Around 2 years ago, she visited a local govt hospital, doc said she has a small hole somewhere in her ear. She was given some advice and medicine but problem is still there. Hi, I have an issue of consistent acne since many years. I have consulted a dermatologist but he always prescribes heavy antibiotics to get rid of this issue. But due to certain issues related to my stomach in the past, my gastroenterologist has advised me not to take any of those antibiotics and he his right because every time I consume them, the discomfort level is quite high in my body. Please suggest any other treatment or some daily care to be taken in order to keep avne under control.
