Hi Dr, I normally sleep at 12.30 AM to 9.00 AM. Some time awake up in the morning I don't feel fresh, Some time little headache and feeling confusion in speaking familiar words in english. I don't have any speech problem. From couple of months I feel back irritation or discomfort. I sit in chair long hours. Please assist.

Recently, I have been observing that I have puffy eyes and sometimes swelling in face when I wake up in morning. Resulting which, I am facing discomfort in seeing and heaviness in eyes. I am software engineer, thus it becomes quite difficult to work because there is constant pain in and around eyes. Please tell me what needs to be done or is it due to my sleeping posture or my diet needs to be improved or because of something serious. Also please recommend how can I avoid the same.

I am 31yrs old, female. Most of the time my FBSL are normal but my postprandial glucose level is less than FBSL. My thyroids are normal. Sometimes immediately after having food (i,e. after 10-15min), i start getting pulling effect in my face especially both the jaws, accompanied by palpitation & uneasyness. I cant understand what excatly is the cause of this, but i feel discomfort when this happens(I really cannot explain what exactly happens to me). Please suggest something or as to whom to consult. Some general physicians say that it might be due to anxiety. Plz suggest as to what should i do.

I have been experiencing pain from last week in my right testicle i also feel like a small lump which is very small like a rice above my right testicle its hard to find take like 10-15 sec to find it. It pains when i only touch it, it doesn't pain any other time unless some touch/force is applied. There is also some discomfort in lower abdomen , My family doctor gave me a paracetomol and told not to worry about like 5 days ago.

I have had this problem for almost 6 months now, whenever I masturbate I have intense and irritating pain on the head of my penis. I've had this discharge along with discomfort during sex for more than 4 weeks now. I had consulted a doctor and she said it was a bacterial infection. She gave me Clingen Forte (vaginally inserted) pill for 7 days as well as OFT tablet and Nexpro RD for GAS. These medicines made me really hormonal for the course of the treatment but I still have the discharge and I'm worried it's something serious.

I had hemorrhoids problem ..which got cured from medicines and cream but it left behind external skin tag.i dint wanted any surgery.got the same problem now again.pain and discomfort after passing stool..which gedts cure by applying hydrocortisone cream.but thats becoming a habit.and m tired because of too much bowel movement and reflex.any fast relief soultion for this. and now i m afraid of rectal cancer..does my symptoms match colon or rectal cancer??

My son who is 6 years currently has minus power of -2sph & .5 cyl in right and -1.75 sph & .5 cyl in left eye. He has been wearing specs since he was 4. recently we have seen him having some discomfort and he has been touching and rubbing his eyes. He cant explain if he has dry eyes. Our opthal has recommended LOC tears thrice a day for 3 months. Pl advice if it is safe to use on a kid as we do not clearly know if it is dryness only. Thanks!

I went for a routine blood test. Samples were taken from my left arm and a small circular band aid put on the part where needle was inserted. In the evening when I removed band aid I found the area around was all blue as if some arteries had ruptured and there was blood clotting in an area of around 1 inch circular. I feel discomfort when I lift some heavy weights with this arm. Otherwise no pain or irritation etc, unless I press on the effected area. Do I need some topical application or will it heal on its own ? Please advise.

I have been feeling a burning sensation in my penis since a year and I keep pressing the bottom of my penis to stop it but it swells more. My foreskin also is not stretched when not erect and I also feels lumps on the back of my penis. my testicles are always saggy and are out of place.
