I am having problems with my spine. My entire spine have become stiff and I feel uncomfort in my waist and upper back . I feel pain in the lumber and thoracic region whenever there is a jerk during movement specially I feel pain while going by car and in bad roads and while crossing a speed breaker. The pain is mild to severe occasionally. I am having spinal discomfort for the last fifteen years. Consulted Doctors including orthopaedic but condition didn't improve. Rather it is deteriorating. Kindly advise whom to consult.

I have been experiencing burning eyes since 5 months now. I have tried everything right from cold and warm compress to lubricating eye drops. It doesn't help at all. I also experience pain above eyes . I would like to mention that I had severe cold 5 months back and took cold medicines to cure it which left me with eye discomfort and pain above eyes . I pulled or tore my right hamstring over the weekend playing tennis. I have been taking ibuprofin every 4 hours each day since Saturday. It seems to be helping, but I don't feel like it is really getting any better. I am able to walk with a slight limp and don't have any issues standing. When I am sitting in a chair at work there is a slight discomfort, but when I turn my right foot & knee inward, the back of my leg gets a jolt of pain in the hamstring. I thought i had a tooth ache, but dental x-rays showed nothing. When I get oral pain, the left side of the roof of my mouth swells up. I took amoxycillin which made the discomfort mostly go away. It came back 2 weeks later, then stopped again suddenly after a few days and hasn't returned in 2 days. I have had night sweats and a cough that has become chronic. Hi, My right eye is swollen, burning sensation, pain and red since last 3 weeks. I do not have any discharge from my eyes. As per doctor it seems to be an infection. Doctor has given me zylopred and lubrex I am using 4 drops since last 5 days. I see that there is no improvement on discomfort, redness and swelling even after applying drops. I feel little comfortable only when i apply cold compress. I am worried as it is not reducing since 2 weeks and more. Can you advice what should i do.

Hi Doctor, Past 2 weeks my vagina is swollen in right side. It was painless and a small lump was formed. I have experienced se in past and it went away within 5-6 days But since 2days, the lump size has increased. And its painful. I am unable to sit or walk. There is no sign of puss. I am able to fully retract the forskin when the penis is limp but when fully erect, retraction becomes problematic. In the erect state, retraction becomes possible by applying some force in pulling the foreskin back but the motion does not seem natural and produces a slight discomfort. Once the foreskin is pulled fully down, it does not come back up on its own and i have to stretch it to bring it back up. Am i suffereing from a partial phimosis/paraphimosis?

I am 43 years old and have hundreds of fibroids in my uterus. They cause pain and discomfort and heavy. Period. I am slightly anemic. I am somewhat lethargic as well. I would like to get pregnant but were afraid that I may not carry full-term because of the fibroids if I can get pregnant at all. I get a shot of Lupron once a month right now to trick my body into thinking it's in menopause and try and shrink the fibroids. It didn't work last time. Can you suggest something else?
