Hamstring Injury
I pulled or tore my right hamstring over the weekend playing tennis. I have been taking ibuprofin every 4 hours each day since Saturday. It seems to be helping, but I don't feel like it is really getting any better. I am able to walk with a slight limp and don't have any issues standing. When I am sitting in a chair at work there is a slight discomfort, but when I turn my right foot & knee inward, the back of my leg gets a jolt of pain in the hamstring. What should I consider doing next?

rest for a week and avoid any movements thats causing hamstring pain for atleast a month. if pain increases consult an orthopedician or a vascular surgeon. drink plenty of water everyday. have enough protein and vitamin rich diet. stretching exercises are very important, you can start them maybe after a month.
