I have a condition when having sexual thoughts for a period of time and if i don't ejaculate I get a pain in the scrotums and surrounding areas up to stomach. It also feels to excrete but no bowel movements. This lasts for 2 or 3 hours. So this discomfort makes me masturbate to prevent the pain. It takes lesser time now. Now I take only 10-15 seconds to masturbate. Is there any solutions for this? Are these issues common and curable?

I have this throat irritation for many months. Lately I have noticed it happens when I eat anything sweet like chocolates, mithai, coloured foods cold drinks or plain sugar. I only drink lukewarm water and have Ayurvedic candy like eladi which gives temporary relief. But now I have cut out sugar from my diet and the irritation is not much as before. What can be the problem. To explain the irritation it's like whenever I have sugar theres a slight itching, discomfort and I have to cough till it feels better.

Hello my wife has second ectopic pregnancy and her lmp was on 16 march , she had a second dose of methotrexate injection on 16 of this month .. she is having continuous pain on her right side ( where there is ectopic pregnancy ) she feels like pins are hurting her . Doctor has folded to get bhcg done on 24 means coming Wednesday . Is the pain on right side normal. She says it feels discomfort in right area with pins hurting kind of pain from today morning . Please help I am really worried .

I have excessive tiredness. I cannot even climb 1 floor at once. My blood test had everything high and haemoglobin 10.5. Also there is frequent head discomfort. Feels like my head is spinning and that remains for 2 min and go away but happens almost 8-10 times in a day. Cannot sleep in night. Pulse goes highand sweating inhands and feet. Also some parts of head pains if i touch. Area is different everytime. Please suggest

Hi over the last month I have had 3 coares of antibiotics for a urine infection but the infection was resistant to the antibiotics. I started getting severe pain in my gums teeth and headache.and burning and lower abdominal pain .the doctor examined me and has given me treatment for thrush for oral and vagina. I have slept on an off for the last 24 hours and still in a lot of discomfort and paracetamol is not helping .do you think I have anything more serious than thrush ? thankyou

I’ve been frequently urinating and having great pain and discomfort near my urethra. My doctor said it could be urethritis- which most of the time is caused by an std. I’ve been in a (what I think) is a monogamous relationship for two years. If I test positive for an std does that mean I was cheated on or could i have had this std for awhile without knowing? My boyfriend denies any wrong doing but I don’t know how I’d get an std in a 2 year relationship.

A werk after my regular period I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend and I took contraceptives after wards which isn't my first time. 2 days later I start bleeding like a regular period. The flow subsides after the 4th day and now I only notice the bleeding when I use the toilet. I feel no pain nor discomfort anywhere. This is the 9th day since I've been bleeding. I've had a dental implant placed as my right lateral incisor 8 years ago. For the past 2-3years, the superior aspect of the grey colored screw underneath is visible. Hi I am 26 weeks pregnant. I had some junk food at a party last evening which caused severe chest pain, pain in oesophagus and upper abdomen. Things got ok till morning. But I'm feeling pain again even I'm eating a small bite of food. The intensity of pain is not so strong as last night but it is very discomforting. Please suggest me something asap.
