Multiple problems
I have excessive tiredness. I cannot even climb 1 floor at once. My blood test had everything high and haemoglobin 10.5. Also there is frequent head discomfort. Feels like my head is spinning and that remains for 2 min and go away but happens almost 8-10 times in a day. Cannot sleep in night. Pulse goes highand sweating inhands and feet. Also some parts of head pains if i touch. Area is different everytime. Please suggest

Hello there, your blood is not supplying enough oxygen to cells which leads to tiredness and head discomfort, dizziness. You need to increase Hb count with proper dietary plan. Consult online to get a proper diet plan and Medication.

If your Hemoglobin is low, you should have iron and B12 studies done and start the relevant replacements. Also get your TSH and Free T4 checked.
