You are looking in the wrong direction! Look up! We have had a rough monsoon season which have taken a toll on your paranasal sinuses. The infected mucus overflowing from the maxillary antrum through an accessory ostium into the posterior 3rd of your nasal passage has infected your nasopharynx and producing retropharyngeal and parapharyngeal reactive nodularity causing your symptoms!
Next Steps
Get a non-contrast CT scan of your paranasal sinuses, detailed direct coronal study, 1mm cuts and the radiologist will confirm my diagnosis! Show this CT requisition to the imaging center in lieu of a prescription. Search for my profile in this app and opt for a private online consultation( my fees only Rs 300 to be paid directly to Practo) with me where you could upload the CT scan report and I can send you a prescription.
