Globus Sensation.
For the last few months i am having intermittent globus sensation and throat tightness without any pain or swallowing . Recently I did endoscopy and only found some erroson on fundus of the stomach, rest are all normal. Having mild acidity but no heartburn, dysphagia. No plapable mass in throat or lymph node.My mom died of anaplastic carcinoma of thyroid. I am so concerned about this sensation and discomfort in throat.

You are looking in the wrong direction! Look up! We have had a rough monsoon season which have taken a toll on your paranasal sinuses. The infected mucus overflowing from the maxillary antrum through an accessory ostium into the posterior 3rd of your nasal passage has infected your nasopharynx and producing retropharyngeal and parapharyngeal reactive nodularity causing your symptoms!

Get a non-contrast CT scan of your paranasal sinuses, detailed direct coronal study, 1mm cuts and the radiologist will confirm my diagnosis!
