Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

About a week ago I had a car accident. No injuries but an hour after that i started feeling some discomfort and slight pain at my anus. Ive been feeling the same pain and discomfort for a week. Today I finally decided to take a picture of my anus, very weird. I know. After examining the picture I found a small lump around the size of a pea 2 mm away from my anus. Its is firm yet soft. I googled it and it is most likely hemorroids. I did not see any blood or pain in passing wastes. Just dicomfort and very small pain when sitting or shifting. I dont know if its related but I am always more hotter or warmer than my family and constsntly have the AC on, could it be stress or releated to this? My real concern is, is it a form of cancer? I am by nature shy and I dont want to tell my family or see a doctor whos gonna see my anus. I will happily provide a picture if you are a real doctor or have experience. What could it be and what are the treatment. Thanks.

I had a stiff neck towards the end of January after a trekking trip. I thought it might be due to carrying too much weight and sleeping in a position that stained my neck. The discomfort stopped after 4-5 days so I didn't pay much attention to it. But, since then I've actually been having this problem quite frequently. However, the subsequent episodes haven't been as extreme. The range of motion of my neck is pretty good. The discomfort only arises when I move my head to the extremes. I never had any neck or shoulder pain issues prior to the incident. But it seems to me that now my neck has becomes a lot more tender. As an example, it'd get a bit stiff if I sleep on my stomach for even 15-20 minutes. I must add that I've been traveling quite a bit since the end of January and have a feeling that long journeys coupled with me having to sleep on different mattresses and pillows is aggravating the pain. Should this be a cause of concern for me?

Hi, My brother's (Age 38) TRODAT result came as below: Presynaptic dopaminergic dysfunction on both sides (L>R). Doctor Prescribed following tablets and he is yet to start the medication. 1. Rasalect 1 mg (once daily) 2. Amantrel 100mg (twice daily) Currently the symptoms what he is having is mild and only discomfort in one hand finger movement and he is able to manage. My questions are 1. Is it necessary to start the meditation immediately as he is able to manage with just minor discomfort only. (Understood that these medications create side effects) 2. Does starting meditation early or late have any merits / demerits with respect to the progression of the disease? 3. Is this scan report finding confirmed Parkinson? I am a 30-year-old male experiencing frequent acidity and digestive discomfort for the past few weeks. I often feel a burning sensation in the stomach and chest, especially after eating spicy, oily, or heavy meals. I've been experiencing gastrointestinal symptoms for over 40 plus days. summary:I pass stool 2-3 times a day, with the initial 1-2 pieces being hard and having blood on the sides, followed by soft stool. I've consulted two doctors, and they suggested it might be due to intestinal inflammation- I took prescribed medicines and antibiotic injections, which initially reduced the bleeding- My last doctor recommended increasing fiber intake, eating papaya, and drinking more water, and said my CBC and ultrasound reports were normal.(Report attached) Despite following the advice, I'm still experiencing-Blood in my stool- Discomfort on my right side (below chest and abdomen)- I lost my weight also 6-7kgs Given that my Cbc & ultrasound reports are normal, I'd like to understand: - Why am I still seeing blood in my stool? - What could be causing the discomfort on my right side? My butt pains (especially at lower part of my tail bone)when I sit for a while on chair/sofa. Im able to walk,play badminton without any discomfort. On checkup with spine doctor, discovered there is broken bone around my bum .please view x ray attached for better understanding. And also underwent procedure-fluoroscopy guided nerve block under the same doctor's guidance.(coccydynia) For 3 months I didn't feel any discomfort and was pain free and advised to use ring cushion After 3 months ,now it has again reappeared. Again on consultant with doctor for pain reoccurring : doctor suggested surgery but not urgent .i was told to take a call on it. Second opinion with orthopaedic doctor says : broken bone can be removed but it's not really necessary and pain in my butt is not related to broken bone.told to avoid sitting for long time gave me tab etoshine 120 mg 10 tab . I still feel the pain at my tail bone .need your advice to overcome the pain.

Hello As per regular checkup my cbc report result as below. However I have stomach discomfort in left upper abdominal which goes more discomfort after eating. Did altrasound, fibroscan 4 month back it was normal then doctor says I have gluten allergies so I completely avoided wheat Roti and others things but I didn't get any relief then did endoscopy and it was also clear . Now again I did below cbc and pancreatic blood test pancreatic and LFT  blood test is normal . My 2 days back CBC report says TLC - 4020 Neutrophils- 33.5 Lymphocytes - 50.2 Monocytes- 11.9 Platelets-89K RBC - 4.89 Hemoglobin- 14.8 I have many warts ( papilloma) in my neck and armpit since many years. Pls not since year my cbc report always show Neutrophils little low lymphocytes little increase and platelets always shows between 1.20 lacs to 1.35 lacs and this time showing 89k as above mentioned. Kindly suggest  .. should I worry for anything Pls help to answer.  🙏
